摘要： A device for controlling the variable capacity motor (2) incorporated in a hydraulic drive vehicle, wherein means (201) for reducing the oil pressure for controlling the motor is provided to pilot hydraulic piping (15) extending from a control pump (3) for controlling the capacity of the motor (2), and changeover valves (202), (203) are provided for performing changeover between operation and non-operation of said pressure reduction means (201). 摘要： The present invention discloses methods to create higher quality group Ill-nitride wafers that then generate improvements in the crystalline properties of ingots produced by ammonothermal growth from an initial defective seed. By obtaining future seeds from carefully chosen regions of an ingot produced on a bowed seed crystal, future ingot crystalline properties can be improved. Specifically, the future seeds are optimized if chosen from an area of relieved stress on a cracked ingot or from a carefully chosen N-polar compressed area. When the seeds are sliced out, miscut of 3-10 ° helps to improve structural quality of successive growth. Additionally a method is proposed to improve crystal quality by using the ammonothermal method to produce a series of ingots, each using a specifically oriented seed from the previous ingot. When employed, these methods enhance the quality of Group III nitride wafers and thus improve the efficiency of any subsequent device.

摘要： This invention relates to a variable capacity pump controller for an industrial vehicle such as a shovel loader using a static hydraulic driving system. In a hydraulically driven vehicle equipped with a variable capacity hydraulic pump (P), the controller of the invention includes variable throttle devices (11, 13), (21, 24), (31, 35), (41, 46) which are disposed in pilot hydraulic circuits (10, 12), (20, 22), (30, 32), (40, 42) of a pump capacity control cylinder (C) for controlling the capacity of a variable capacity hydraulic pump (P) and operate in such a manner as to change the operation speed of the pump capacity control cylinder (C) in accordance with the oil pressure of a main hydraulic circuit (S). According to this construction, the variable throttle device operates in such a manner as to open a check valve or a throttle valve in the pilot circuit of the pump capacity control cylinder when the hydraulic driving main circuit is at a high pressure. Therefore, a return hydraulic circuit of the pump control cylinder is expanded to speed up the reducing speed of the pump capacity and to prevent an excessive torque to an engine.

摘要： The present disclosure proves for new design of reactors used for ammonothermal growth of III nitride crystals. The reactors include a region intermediate a source dissolution region and a crystal growth region configured to provide growth of high quality crystals at rates greater than 100 m/day. In one embodiment, multiple baffle plates having openings whose location is designed so that there is no direct path through the intermediate region, or with multiple baffle plates having differently sized openings on each plate so that the flow is slowed down and/or exhibit greater mixing are described. The disclosed designs enables obtaining high temperature difference between the dissolution region and the crystallization region without decreasing conductance through the device.

A maximum discharge flow rate of the working machine operating valve is controlled by regulating the pressure of the pressure oil in the pilot circuit on the basis of the cooperative effect of the change-over valve and pressure regulating valve.
