    • The invention relates to a packaging capsule (10) comprising an internal space (12) configured to accommodate at least one portion of food. The internal space (12) is delimited by a bottom surface (14) having at least one planar portion (14a), a side wall (16) extending upwardly from the bottom surface (14) and comprising, at a free end portion thereof, a flange (18) extending outwardly with respect to said internal space (12) on a plane substantially parallel to said at least one planar portion (14a), and a film removably associated with the flange (18). The flange (18) has an easy-opening area (22) configured for allowing grasping and initial detachment of the film from the flange (18). Two opposite first portions (18a) of the flange (18) comprise respective reinforced portions (22a) defining, in at least a part thereof, both grasping elements for handling the capsule (10) and supporting the rigidity of the capsule (10) when it is out of a compartment of a household machine and guiding elements for guiding the capsule (10) during insertion/extraction of the capsule (10) into/from said compartment. A second portion (18b) of the flange (18), joining said two opposite first portions (18a), comprises a grasping portion (22b) for allowing inserting/removing the capsule (10) into/from the compartment.

The method comprises positioning a first auxiliary conveyor belt of an auxiliary collection device (30) comprising a plurality of juxtaposed auxiliary conveyor belts (31) at a first height corresponding to the height of a first tread band. Then, proceeding with the removal of said service fabric (100a) from said first tread band while said first tread band is transferred onto said first auxiliary conveyor belt. The method also comprises positioning at least one second auxiliary conveyor belt of said auxiliary collection device (30) at at least one second height corresponding to that of at least one second tread band.
