摘要： The present invention provides an immunoconjugate formulation that is substantially free of particles, the immunoconjugate formulation comprising: an immunoconjugate and one or more excipients selected from the group consisting of: sucrose, polysorbate 20, polysorbate 80, cyclodextrin, dextrose, glycerol, polyethylene glycol, mannitol, sodium chloride, and an amino acid, wherein the formulation is a buffered aqueous solution having a pH of 4.5 to 7.6. The present invention also provides an immunoconjugate formulation that is substantially free of aggregates, the immunoconjugate formulation comprising: an immunoconjugate and one or more excipients selected from the group consisting of histidine, sucrose, glycine and sodium chloride, wherein the formulation is a buffered aqueous solution having a pH of 4.5 to 7.6. The present invention further provides an immunoconjugate formulation that is substantially free of both particles and aggregates.

摘要： Displaying breast ultrasound information on an interactive user interface is described, the user interface being useful in adjunctive ultrasound mammography environments and/or ultrasound-only mammography environments. Bilateral comparison is facilitated by a pairwise display of thick-slice images corresponding to analogous slab-like subvolumes in the left and right breasts. Coronal thick-slice imaging and convenient navigation on and among coronal thick-slice images is described. In one preferred embodiment, a nipple marker is displayed the coronal thick-slice image representing a projection of a nipple location thereupon. A convenient breast icon is also displayed including a cursor position indicator variably disposed thereon in a manner that reflects a relative position between the cursor and the nipple marker. Preferably, the breast icon is configured to at least roughly resemble a clock face, the center of the clock face representing the nipple marker location. Bookmark-centric and CAD-marker-centric navigation within and among thick-slice images is also described.

The plurality of probability distributions for the category are weighted and summed to generate a combined probability distribution for the category. An attribute label is determined by selecting an attribute from the category that is indicated to be most likely applicable to the product based on the combined probability distribution for the category. The attribute label is associated with the product. The attribute label enables other services to search for and retrieve the product based on the attribute.

The method allows for the production of a series of copolymers with tunable incorporation ratios of the first olefin monomer. The method also allows for the production of polyolefins of low molecular weights and narrow molecular weight distributions.

摘要： Systems and methodologies are described that facilitate common data channel resource usage report for receiving additional channel resources in a wireless network. An access point can initially receive a set of channel resources from a network controller for providing wireless network access to one or more devices. The access point can grant and/or deny requests for one or more of the channel resources from a plurality of devices and can feedback information to the network controller regarding the granting/denying. The network controller can determine a load on the access point based at least in part on the feedback information and adjust channel resource allocation based on the load. Thus/ where an access point has granted resources close to capacity to one or more devices, the network controller can provide additional resources to the access point based on received feedback information related to the granted resources.

These methods and compositions enable preclinical diagnosis and monitoring progression of AD and other neurological disoders.

摘要： Provided herein are compounds and compositions which comprise the formulae as disclosed herein, wherein the compound is an amyloid binding compound. An amyloid binding compound according to the invention may be administered to a patient in amounts suitable for in vivo imaging of amyloid deposits, and distinguish between neurological tissue with amyloid deposits and normal neurological tissue. Amyloid probes of the invention may be used to detect and quantitate amyloid deposits in diseases including, for example, Down's syndrome, familial Alzheimer's Disease. In another embodiment, the compounds may be used in the treatment or prophylaxis of neurodegenerative disorders.. Also provided herein are methods of allowing the compound to distribute into the brain tissue, and imaging the brain tissue, wherein an increase in binding of the compound to the brain tissue compared to a normal control level of binding indicates that the mammal is suffering from or is at risk of developing a neurodegenerative disease.

In some cases, the present invention relates to aromatic molecules comprising functional groups bonded to the aromatic portion of the molecule, including nonplanar portions of the molecules. Methods of the invention may provide the ability to introduce a wide range of functional groups to carbon- containing molecules. 摘要： System and methodologies are provided herein for multiuser scheduling in a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication system. Various aspects described herein facilitate full feedback scheduling, wherein multiuser scheduling is performed based on an antenna selection and signal quality feedback, such as signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) feedback, from respective users. Based on information received from respective users, independent information streams can be transmitted from respective transmit antennas to respective users with the highest signal quality. Receive antenna selection can also be employed to allow respective users to select a single receive antenna on which information is to be received. Additional aspects described herein facilitate quantized feedback scheduling, wherein scheduling is performed based on signal quality feedback that is quantized into a finite number of bits by respective users.
