摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for conveying glass panels contains a conveying device including a feed conveyor and a removal conveyor, and also a region with a processing station. A lifting device for glass panels is provided upstream of the processing station and a lowering device for glass panels is provided downstream of the processing station, wherein a linear-conveying device is provided between the lifting device and the lowering device. It is thus possible for glass panels to be moved, by raising action, linear movement and lowering action, around a first component located in the region in the processing station, the second component therefore passing the first component. During the passing operation, the second component always remains in the conveying plane, which is the same as the plane of the second component.

摘要： A substrate delivery device and a delivery method thereof are described for improving the substrate delivery efficiency, reducing abrasion in substrate delivery, and improving manufacturing efficiency of a display panel. The substrate delivery device comprises a reciprocating aligning mechanism and a screen pickup mechanism. The reciprocating aligning mechanism has a bearing platform carrying the substrate, and a first driving mechanism driving the bearing platform to move so as to bring the carried substrate to a preset position. The screen pickup mechanism has a pickup arm picking up a substrate on the reciprocating aligning mechanism, and a second driving mechanism driving the pickup arm to move. The pickup arm is located in a direction perpendicular to the substrate on the reciprocating aligning mechanism. When the reciprocating aligning mechanism moves to the preset position, the second driving mechanism drives the pickup arm to pick up the substrate on the reciprocating aligning mechanism.

摘要： In a substrate arrangement apparatus, a holder elevating mechanism disposes each first substrate between each pair of second substrates, with the first and second substrates being alternately arranged front-to-front and back-to-back. Each substrate is curved in a first radial direction to one side in a thickness direction with a minimum curvature, and curved in a second radial direction orthogonal to the first radial direction to the one side in the thickness direction with a maximum curvature. The first radial direction of the first substrates, each arranged between each pair of the second substrates, is approximately orthogonal to the first radial direction of the second substrates. This improves uniformity in the up-down direction of the distance in the direction of arrangement between the first and second substrates that are alternately arranged adjacent to each other in the direction of arrangement.

摘要： An insulating glass unit (IGU) assembly line apparatus capable of interleaving double and triple pane IGUs in accordance with an IGU production schedule. Visual indicators or prompts instruct operators at the assembly line in configuring a sequence of IGUs. Triple pane IGUs are assembled with minimal contamination of a center glass lite. A non-contact Bernoulli pad is used to lift a glass lite off from a horizontal or vertical support that conveys it from a glass washer to an assembly station. Each of multiple pads has a capacity to lift approximately seven to ten pounds. Use of multiple pads per glass sheet or lite allows lites having dimensions up to 70 by 100 inches (assuming glass thickness of one quarter inch) to be assembled.

The pick-and-place device has a loading bracket for loading the glass substrate, at least one first stopper immovably disposed on the loading bracket, and a plurality of second stoppers movably disposed on the loading bracket. The first stopper is used for a datum orientation with the glass substrate; and the second stopper is used to fix the glass substrate. Therefore, the shifting deviation risk of the glass substrate is decreased, and it can reduce the broken risk of the glass substrate, so as to lower the production cost.
