摘要： An injection-molding system includes an extruding system configured to produce a mixture; a discharging channel communicable with the extruding system and including an outlet configured to discharge the mixture; and molding devices configured to receive the mixture. Each of the molding devices includes a hollow space, and a feeding port communicable with the hollow space and engageable with the outlet. An injection-molding method includes providing an extruding system configured to produce a mixture, a discharging channel including an outlet, and first and second molding devices; engaging the outlet with the first molding device; injecting the mixture into the first molding device; disengaging the outlet from the first molding device; moving the discharging channel away from the first molding device and toward the second molding device; engaging the outlet with the second molding device; injecting the mixture into the second molding device; and disengaging the outlet from the second molding device.

摘要： The invention relates to a nozzle for mixing at least two flowable (and in particular foam-forming) reaction components comprising a housing; component supply pipes leading into the housing; a housing bore arranged in the housing having a coaxial outlet channel in its end face; at least one needle casing arranged coaxially in the housing bore; an injection needle guided coaxially in the needle casing; a first chamber arranged between the wall of the housing bore and the needle casing with one of the component supply pipes opening into said first chamber; a second chamber arranged between the needle casing and the injection needle, with another component supply pipe opening into said second chamber; wherein in the closed state, said injection needle forms a tight fit with the internal end face of the needle casing, and the external end face of said needle casing forms a tight fit with the internal end face of the housing bore; and wherein in the open state, said injection needle frees a coaxial nozzle opening of the needle casing and an opening is formed between the external end face of the needle casing and the internal end face of housing bore.

摘要： A device for manufacturing molded articles of plastics material which have an outer skin of a plastics material free of expanding agents and a porous core of a plastics material containing an expanding agent includes an extruder head with a main duct in communication with a discharge opening. Two feed ducts for the two plastics materials lead angularly offset into the main duct at locations axially spaced from the discharge opening and from each other. A closing needle is axially movably placed in the main duct. The two feed ducts can be separated from the main duct by means of the closing needle. The closing needle defines a connecting duct extending essentially in axial direction. The connecting duct ends at the end face of the closing needle and at the circumference of the closing needle radially toward the more remote feed duct. In the closed axial position of the closing needle and in an at least partially open axial position of the closing needle, the radial circumferential opening of the connecting duct is located approximately on the same level as the inner radial outlet opening of the more remote feed duct. The closing needle is rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the extruder head relative to the outlet opening in any axial position of the closing needle.
