摘要： A mold for encapsulating a Pin-Fin type power module with resin is disclosed. The power module includes a DBC or IMS, power chips and multiple terminals provided on a first surface of the DBC or IMS and a Pin-Fin structure provided on a second surface of the DBC or IMS. The mold further includes: a cavity for containing the power module; multiple terminal protecting elements corresponding to the terminals, respectively, each for receiving at least a part of a terminal; and an injection hole provided on the bottom of the mold or on the side wall of the mold, The first surface faces the bottom of the mold and the injection hole is below the first surface when the power module is placed in the cavity. A method for manufacturing a power module is also provided.

摘要： An injection unit for a shaping machine includes an injection element suitable for introducing a plasticized material into a mold tool by a linear movement of the injection element. The injection element is coupled in linear motion-transmitting relationship to a bearing element, and at least two linear drives are adapted to exert a force on the injection element by the bearing element. The force can be transmitted by a transmission element from the at least two linear drives to the bearing element and thus to the injection element, and at least one clearance is arranged between the bearing element and the transmission element such that deformations of the bearing element are not transmitted to the transmission element or are transmitted to a reduced degree.

摘要： A method for making an insulated vehicle extension dash panel includes injection molding an extension dash panel from a structural polymer. The method further includes adding a plurality of components to a mixer to form an insulating foaming layer. The plurality of components includes a two-part liquid silicone compound, a catalyst, and a foaming agent. A screw is then coupled to the mixer and the insulating foaming layer is injection molded to an inner face of the extension dash panel. The insulating foaming layer is then cured to the inner face of the extension dash panel to form the insulated vehicle extension dash panel.
