摘要： The invention relates to a method for the production of form parts from multi-component reactive plastic material, especially from polyurethane, wherein a plurality of moulds are moved by means of mould carriages (1) at least temporarily along a closed, preferably oval, production line (2). To allow a simple and quick import and export of mould carriages in the respectively out of the production line the invention proposes that the mould carriages (1) are provided with rolls (3) and are moved on a stationary ground (4) by the same and that a plurality of supply carriages (6) are arranged along the closed production line (2) at a conveying element (5), which supply carriages (6) are moved by means of the conveying elements (5), wherein a mould carriage (1) is approached to a not occupied supply carriage (6) and is coupled with the same to introduce the mould carriage (1) into the production line (2), wherein for the movement along the production line (2) the mould carriage (1) is guided and moved by the supply carriage (6) in a coupled state between the mould carriage (1) and the supply carriage (6) and wherein the mould carriage (1) is decoupled from the supply carriage (6) and is moved away from the production line (2) for taking the mould carriage (1) out of the production line (2), wherein here the mould carriage (1) is moved with its roils (3) on the stationary ground (4). Furthermore, the invention relates to a respective device.

摘要： A pad is provided for supporting heavy loads and is capable of supporting loads of 100 tons or more. The pad has a core having a bi-directional grid formed from parallel fiberglass materials, with a first set of material at right angle to a second set of fiberglass materials and which grid surrounds a closed cell material, which is infused with resin to form a core. A fiberglass top surface, bottom surface and at least one sidewall is provided. The result is a pad able to distribute very heavy loads, is resistant to bending, durable and light weight.

摘要： The present invention is a polymeric panel system and method for production and use thereof, enabling the rapid construction of a building foundation wall or other structure and in particular a below-grade foundation. The polymeric foundation system includes polymeric wall panels and other components suitable for withstanding lateral and end compression loads. The walls include two parallel faces separated by a series of webs or ribs, where the webs and faces of the wall panels may be formed of a similar polymer material such as polyvinylchloride (PVC). The wall panels and/or other components may be extruded so as to enable the rapid production of sections of wall panels, where the panels may be cut to length and then affixed to adjacent panels to form a foundation wall. The method of affixing adjacent panels may include welding, gluing or other techniques and may be performed on the job site or in a pre-fabrication facility. Furthermore, the wall panels may be co-extruded with an insulating material inserted in the voids between the parallel faces so as to provide improved thermal performance of the foundation as well.

摘要： A stud panel and method of making a stud panel where interior sheathing may be a temporary piece of transparent plastic or a permanent panel of sheet rock so as to retain insulation in place and minimize scarfing. The stud panel may include studs having through holes extending in a length direction of the stud panel such that insulation in adjacent inner regions separated by such studs interlock with each other and contribute to a structural integrity of the stud panel. The stud panel may include a space between inner studs and one of the exterior and interior sheathing so as to provide a thermal and sound break between the exterior and inner sheathing so as to minimize heat, air and sound transfer between the exterior and interior sheathing. A method of making the stud panel is further disclosed, where such a method may include the step of incrementally introducing insulation from a closed end of an inner region to an open end of an inner region and may further include the step of automatically introducing insulation into the inner regions of the stud panel.

摘要： Apparatus and methods for multi-layer foam structures are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method includes filling a first portion of a receptacle with a removable filler. A second portion of the receptacle is filled with a first foam forming a first foam layer. The removeable filler is removed, and at least part of the first portion of the receptacle is filled with a second foam, forming a second foam layer. The first foam may include a polyimide foam, and the second foam may include a polyurethane foam. Other aspects of the invention include a skin attached to the receptacle and the first foam. In other embodiments, hexagonal honeycomb matrix may be used as a receptacle for the first foam and the second foam.

摘要： An insulating material consisting essentially of fly ash particles and a binder and a method for making the same. In one embodiment of the present invention, fly ash particles are mixed with a dissipating foam which contains a binder. The foam acts to spread the binder and separate the fly ash particles, thereby coating the fly ash particles with the binder. When the foam dissipates the binder acts to bind the fly ash particles together in clusters. The clusters of fly ash particles are then suitable to be used as blown-in insulation.
