摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a board through-hole which makes it possible to form in a circuit board a through-hole that does not strip metal plating away when a press-fit contact is inserted, with the amount of wear of a jig minimized. The board through-hole is formed with a conductor 51. Then, a step of beveling the corner edge of a through-hole is performed by the pressing a pointed jig into a corner edge of the through-hole.

The alignment plate is arranged proximate the press-fitting head when the press-fitting head is in the press-fitting position and aligns the press-fit portions of the contacts with press-fitting apertures in the substrate. The alignment plate is retracted from the from the press-fitting head when the press-fitting head press-fits the press-fit portions into the substrate.

摘要： A water content measuring device measures water content of an object to be measured. The water content measuring device includes two plate members that are disposed facing each other, a current generating unit, a measuring unit, and an arithmetic processing unit. The current generating unit generates current supplied between the two plate members. The measuring unit measures electrostatic capacitance generated by the current supplied between the two plate members. The arithmetic processing unit is configured to convert the electrostatic capacitance measured by the measuring unit to water content. Two plate members each have a shape or are disposed such that at least two points on a leading edge of the object enter between the two plate members at different timings in a direction perpendicular to a passing direction in which the object passes through the two plate members.

The insulating member is provided on a partitioning surface that partitions the combustion chamber. A ground conductor is provided in the insulating member on a side opposite to the combustion chamber in relation to the emission antenna and is electrically grounded.
