The multi-hole low-pressure nozzle has a nozzle plate (15) with nozzle openings (16) arranged within an enveloping circle (17) to form a common nozzle jet (11) with an opening angle (α) dependent on the inclination of the nozzle axis (12) relative to the orifice surface of the bore and preventing the nozzle jet from being applied to the cylinder jacket. A resulting vector (14) from the velocity vector (13) of the nozzle jet in the direction of the nozzle axis (12) and the velocity vector (10) of the flushing air flow in the flow main direction defines with the cylinder jacket a maximum inclination angle (γ) of 20°.

A breakage probability is a probability of breakage of the plated layer caused by the tensile stress. A characteristic line represents a relationship between an elastic modulus of the plated layer and the breakage probability. A characteristic slope of the characteristic line is a ratio of an increase in the breakage probability to a decrease in the elastic modulus. A characteristic change point appears on the characteristic line at which the elastic slope increases to exceed a predetermined slope as the elastic modulus gradually decreases. A characteristic change elastic modulus is the elastic modulus at the characteristic change point. The plated layer contains at least a chromium component and has the elastic modulus larger than the characteristic change elastic modulus.

摘要： A fuel injector includes an injector body comprising an internal injector cavity, a flow passageway, and a drain conduit. The flow passageway is in fluid communication with at least one injector orifice. The fuel injector further includes a valve assembly comprising a valve seat and a valve member in fluid communication with the fuel circuit. The valve member is configured to move between an open position allowing fuel flow through the at least one injector orifice and a closed position inhibiting fuel flow through the at least one injector orifice. The fuel injector also includes a nozzle valve element fluidly coupled to the valve assembly, an actuator operably coupled to the valve assembly and the nozzle valve element, and a flexible member configured to elastically deform in response to pressure in the fuel injector. The flexible member is configured to inhibit flow to the drain circuit during an injection event.
