摘要： A metal-resin composite having high gas sealing properties is provided. An aluminum alloy structure having a shape surrounding the copper 63 is firstly formed, and the attached aluminum alloy is made closely contact with the copper electrode 63 and further made engaged into the copper electrode 63 by pressing or forging. It is then machined into a predetermined shape so as to prepare the copper alloy 63 attached with an aluminum alloy part 61a. Subsequently, the surface treatment of the NMT or NMT 2 is given to three members of an aluminum electrode 62, the copper electrode 63 attached with the aluminum alloy part 61a and an aluminum alloy lid 61. These three members are inserted into an injection mold, and a thermoplastic resin composition 64 of PPS resin is injected. The lithium-ion battery lid 60 having a structure as shown in FIG. 11 is thus obtained.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to manufacture a lightweight and strong composite of a magnesium alloy and a CFRP, by strongly bonding the magnesium alloy and the CFRP using an epoxy adhesive. The magnesium alloy having specific ultra-fine irregularities is compatible with an epoxy resin adhesive and exhibits thus strong adhesion. A magnesium alloy composite plate material 23, in which magnesium alloy plates 25 and a CFRP 24 are integrated by exploiting this technique, can be used in ordinary assembly structures with other metal members 28 and bolts 27. The magnesium alloy plates 25 can withstand strong local forces, and hence the CFRP 24 is not damaged. As a result, the composite is effective for applications in, for instance, casings, bodies and parts in mobile equipment such as automobiles or in mobile devices, where lightweightness, toughness and ease of assembly are required.

An object obtained by subjecting an aluminum alloy to a suitable liquid treatment so as to form a surface having large, micron-order irregularities and also fine irregularities with a period of several tens of nanometers, eliminating the presence of sodium ions from the surface and additionally forming a surface film of aluminum oxide, which is thicker than a natural oxide layer, has been found to have a powerful adhesive strength with epoxy-based adhesives. By simultaneously curing an FRP prepreg which uses the same epoxy-based adhesive in the matrix, an integral composite or structure in which FRP and aluminum alloy have been united at a joining strength of unprecedented magnitude is produced.

摘要： The present invention provides an air-permeable porous structural body that can be used for a vent plug or the like and imposes a low environmental load in waste treatment or the like after use, and also provides a vent plug using the porous structural body. Further, the invention provides an air-permeable porous structural body that can be molded by injection molding that has high productivity. The porous structural body has an overall structure entirely occupied by a structure composed of an infinite number of spherical or ellipsoidal cavities having a diameter of 1 μm to 100 μm. Holes are open in cavity walls and the cavity is linked to another cavity by the holes. The inside of the porous structural body is constituted by communicating open passages that pass in a meandering fashion between the inlet and outlet of the porous structural body and are composed of a plurality of cavities that are joined with each other in a chain configuration, and chain closed passages that are composed of one cavity or a plurality of cavities and connected to the communicating open passages. Further, 50 to 60% of the cavities per unit cube are cavities having a diameter of less than 10 μm.

摘要： Disclosed is a composite in which an aluminum-plated steel sheet and a resin are securely and integrally joined together, as well as a corrosion resistant steel sheet. Through chemical etching the aluminum-plated steel sheet is caused to have a surface configuration, in which three-dimensional protrusions having pebble-like shapes with a diameter of at least about 0.3 μm or having irregular shapes with a minor diameter of at least 0.3 μm and a major diameter of at least several microns are scattered over a plain-like part, where 30 to 50% of the surface area of the plain-like part is accounted for by a portion covered with shallow recesses having a diameter of 20 to 50 nm in a state of being distributed adjacent to each other. The surface of the three-dimensional protrusions is mainly ceramic containing silicon and the flat part is mainly a ceramic containing aluminum. The steel is heated and welded under pressure to a resin composition, injection joining is performed or adhesion joining with another adherend is performed with a resin-based adhesive. Coating with a corrosion resistant material can also be performed.

PBT or PPS can be used as the resin component of a resin composition 4 that is used here. High injection joining strength is obtained if the resin composition contains, as an auxiliary component, PET and/or a polyolefin resin in the case of PBT, and a polyolefin resin in the case of PPS.

A runner 43 is provided which communicates with the seat 42 via two sprues and through which a molten thermoplastic resin that has been injected through an injection gate 45 flows into the boss 41 and the thermoplastic resin injected through the injection gate 45 flows through the sprues 47 to opposite locations of the boss 41 substantially uniformly, thereby filling the locations. As a result, the boss 41 can be joined perpendicularly to the shaped metal 20 by injection joining.

摘要： The invention is a technique for strongly integrating a galvanized steel sheet and a resin molded article. A hot-dip galvanized steel sheet “Z18” is immersed in an aqueous solution for aluminum degreasing at 75° C. for 7 minutes, to form roughness having an RSm of 0.8 to 2.3 μm and an Rz of 0.3 to 1.0 μm on the surface. The surface is covered with convex protrusions having a diameter of about 100 nm, and a chromate treatment layer appears in the surface. In other words, three conditions suitable for bonding are satisfied thereby. A resin composition comprising 70 to 97 wt % of polyphenylene sulfide and 3 to 30 wt % of a polyolefin resin is injected onto the surface. The resin composition penetrates into ultra-fine irregularities and is cured in that state, whereby a composite in which the galvanized steel sheet and the resin molded article are strongly integrated is obtained. The shear rupture strength of the composite is extremely high, in excess of 20 MPa.

摘要： The present invention provides an excellent structural material for movable equipment, structural members for building materials, electronic and electrical equipment and the like by bonding an ordinary steel material and an FRP prepreg strongly to each other to facilitate mechanical joining and disassembly using bolts and nuts or the like.It has been found that a steel material having surface configuration with specifically determined ultra-fine irregularities is compatible with an epoxy resin adhesive and exhibits thus strong adhesion. This technique can be utilized to produce a composite component 26 that comprises steel plates 28, as a cover material, integrated with FRP 27. The composite component can be assembled with other metallic members through fastening using bolts 30. Also, structural members having the FRP 27 in the main structure and the steel material at the ends can be easily produced by virtue of the above strong adhesion.

摘要： The object of the present invention is to strongly join an aluminum alloy part with an FRP prepreg. An object obtained by subjecting an aluminum alloy to a suitable liquid treatment so as to form a surface having large, micron-order irregularities and also fine irregularities with a period of several tens of nanometers, eliminating the presence of sodium ions from the surface and additionally forming a surface film of aluminum oxide, which is thicker than a natural oxide layer, has been found to have a powerful adhesive strength with epoxy-based adhesives. By simultaneously curing an FRP prepreg which uses the same epoxy-based adhesive in the matrix, an integral composite or structure in which FRP and aluminum alloy have been united at a joining strength of unprecedented magnitude is produced.
