摘要： An electromagnetically operable valve includes at least one component part, e.g. the armature, which possesses, prior to the application of a wear resistant coating, a wedged surface, which is in each case variably creatable in accordance with a magnetic and hydraulic optimum. The annular impact segment formed by the wedging possesses a defined impact face width or contact width which remains constant throughout the service life, since any wearing of the impact face does not lead, in continuous running, to an enlargement of the contact. The valve is particularly suitable for use in fuel injection systems of explosion-type, spark-ignition combustion engines.

摘要： A fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines includes a core which serves as the internal pole is made of a soft magnetic powder composite material. This powder composite material is an iron powder provided with a polymer additive, where the individual iron particles are coated with an electrically insulating layer. Such a powder composite material ensures a substantial minimization of eddy currents in the magnetic circuit in comparison with materials known previously, such as chromium steel, which are usually used as magnetic materials. The core which is mechanically sensitive and is sensitive to fuel is encapsulated at least with respect to the parts of the injection valve carrying the fuel. A sleeve passes through an internal longitudinal opening in the core which permits fuel flow in its interior and is fixedly attached to a pole part which seals the core toward the bottom. The core and the magnetic coil are thus not exposed to any wetting by fuel. This fuel injection valve is especially suitable for use in fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines with mixture compression and external ignition.

摘要： An electromagnetically operated injection valve including a return spring having upper and lower ends, the upper and lower spring ends are bent to extend axially and parallel with a valve's longitudinal axis. The upper end of the spring engages a recess of a fixed setting bushing, and the lower end engage in a recess of a needle sleeve so as to prevent twisting. Due to the position of a valve seat body relative to the valve closing member the same angle is maintained throughout the life of the assembly, the adaptation process of both components is reduced to a single running-in phase. The new injection valve is particularly suitable as an injection valve for fuel injection units of mixture compressing spark ignited internal combustion engines.

The fuel distributor is embodied as an autonomous component and has a plurality of valve seats having several inner longitudinal openings in which the fuel injectors may be inserted. 摘要： Apparatuses for the injection of a fuel-gas mixture that have a cup-shaped gas enveloping sleeve that surrounds a valve end of a fuel injection valve, in which the base of the gas enveloping sleeve rests directly on a valve end of the fuel injection valve, have already been proposed. In such apparatuses, the danger is that the perforated body, which has injection ports, will be damaged during installation of the gas enveloping sleeve. In the novel apparatus, however, an elastic sealing element is disposed in the direction of the longitudinal valve axis between the valve end of the fuel injection valve and an end of the base portion of the gas enveloping sleeve that faces the valve end. This sealing element lessens the danger of deformation of and damage to a perforated body, having injection ports, of the fuel injection valve at the valve end and makes it possible to compensate for production and installation tolerances. The proposed apparatus for injecting a fuel-gas mixture is especially suitable for mixture-compressing internal combustion engines having externally supplied ignition.
