摘要： A method for preparing a flexible polyurethane foam, wherein a polyether-polyol having an average molecular weight from 1000 to 8000 and an average functionality not larger than 4, is brought into reaction with an organic polyisocyanate in the presence of a foam stabilizer, a catalyst and blowing agent comprising methylformate, wherein a cross-linker/extender and/or amine catalyst with delayed action is added to said reaction mixture.

摘要： A flexible highly elastical polyurethane foam having a density ranging between 25 and 150 kg/m.sup.3 and a relatively high fire resistance obtained by the reaction of an isocyanate and/or a chemically modified derivate thereof with a highly molecular reactive polyol in presence of a catalytic agent, of a cross-linker, and/or an extender, of water as blast means and of a fire retardant, characterized in that said fire retardant comprises at least one of the following components: (1) linear urea-formol oligomer mixture having the general formula NH.sub.2 --CO--NH--[CH.sub.2 --NH--CO--NH].sub.n --CH.sub.2 --NH--CO--NH.sub.2, wherein n can have the value from 0 to 50; (2) urea in powdered form of which the particles are at least partially recovered by a less soluble film, as well as sulfur as of a resin; (3) dicyandiamide having the general formula: ##STR1##

In a second step, a reaction mixture for obtaining a polyurethane foam layer (6) is applied against this polyurethane skin (5). In a third step, a suitable polyurethane or polyisocyanurate reaction mixture for obtaining a rigid synthetic carrier (8) is applied against the polyurethane foam layer (6). In this way, a synthetic trim part is obtained which is easier to recycle. This method can moreover also be performed easier.

摘要： A method and device for continuously producing slabstock polyurethane foam wherein a polymerizable reaction mixture containing a blowing agent is applied onto a moving conveyor and allowed a free rise expansion and polymerization within a substantially closed space. The pressure in this space is maintained within a predetermined pressure range by continuously supplying gas to the space, in addition to the blowing gas produced by the reaction and by simultaneously exhausting gas from said space. In this way, pressure fluctuations are reduced in the space and further parameters such as the temperature can be controlled so as to enable production of a foam with constant properties.
