    • A process for preparing polyurethane with integral skin, wherein a composition comprising following ingredients: polyol, polyisocyanate, at most one part by weight of water to 100 parts by weight of polyol and catalyst, is reacted in a mould so that a polyurethane is formed, characterized in that one uses a polyisocyanate the NCO groups of which are not directly bonded to an aromatic group and, as catalyst, at least one of the following four synergistic combinations:(1) at least an amine containing the structure: ##STR1## in association with at least an alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal salt, alcoholate and/or phenolate of an acid the dissociation constant of which Ka.ltoreq.10.sup.-1, preferably Ka.ltoreq.10.sup.-2 ;(2) at least an organic lead compound in association with at least an organic initiator comprising at least one functional group of primary or secondary amine;(3) at least an organic lead compound in association with at least an amine containing the structure: ##STR2## or, (4) AT LEAST AN ORGANIC LEAD COMPOUND IN ASSOCIATION WITH AT LEAST AN ALKALI OR ALKALINE-EARTH METAL SALT, ALCOHOLATE AND/OR PHENOLATE OF AN ACID THE DISSOCIATION CONSTANT OF WHICH Ka.ltoreq.10.sup.-1 preferably Ka.ltoreq.10.sup.-2.

    • A method for preparing a light stable polyurethane, sprayable by means of a spray pistol, wherein use is made of an active hydrogen containing compound, wherein the functional groups consist for at least 50% of an active CH.sub.2 OH, NH and/or NH.sub.2 group, the functionality of which varies from 2 to 8 and the equivalent weight of which is comprised between 100 and 3500, together with 2 to 300 parts, per 100 parts of said compounds of a chain extender and/or a cross-linker, the functional groups of which are OH groups, at least 50% of which are primary OH groups, the equivalent weight of which is less than 100 and the functionality of which varies from 2 to 6, and with a catalytic system which comprises at least an organic lead, bismuth and/or tin (IV) compound and at least an amine initiator, having a functionality of 2 to 6, an equivalent weight lower than or equal to 200, and at least one aliphatic NH.sub.2 or NH group.

    • A process for the production of micro-cellular or non-cellular, light-stable elastomeric, flexible or semi-flexible polyurethane moldings which are especially suited for window encapsulation applications from a reaction mixture by the reaction injection molding process, wherein: A) an isocyanate component containing an isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) trimer/monomer mixture having an NCO content of from 24.5 to 34% by weight, is reacted with B) isocyanate-reactive components comprising: b1) a polyetherpolyol having terminal OH groups, an average nominal functionality of 2 to 4, and an average equivalent weight of from 800 to 4000; b2) at least one chain extender component having as functional groups only aliphatic or alicyclic OH groups; b3) at least one amine-initiator component; in the presence of C) at least one catalyst component selected from the group consisting of organolead (II), organobismuth (III), and organotin (IV) catalysts; D) at least one pigment component, and E) at least one antioxidant/UV absorber component.
