A piston (122) is slidably disposed about the packer mandrel (90) and operably associated with the seal assembly (100, 102, 104). A collet assembly 145 is disposed about the packer mandrel (90) and is releasably coupled to the piston (122) such that radially inwardly shifting at least portion of the collet assembly (145) decouples the collet assembly (145) from the piston (122) allowing the piston (122) to shift longitudinally relative to the packer mandrel (90) which operates the seal assembly (100, 102, 104) from the running position to the radially expanded sealing position, thereby setting the packer (80).

Stages of a process are identified that are independent of a continuum of time. A customized magazine edition is prepared for each of the stages. Based upon registration information provided by a subscriber, a check is performed to presently qualify the subscriber for an edition by determining which stage presently corresponds to the subscriber, and then determining whether the subscriber's stage falls within each edition's applicable range of stages. A single subscriber may receive more or less concurrently multiple editions of a magazine from a single subscription. Additionally, in a single sending period, the publisher of the magazine may simultaneously send several different editions of the magazine, each being targeted to individuals in different stages of the process.

Wiring terminals with or without quick connect connectors provide reversible electrical connections between conductors, other conductors, and/or electrical devices, such as switches and plugs. The box has least one opening through which at least one electrical conductor may be inserted. An open front face may receive an electrical device, such as a plug or a switch receptacle. At least one wiring terminal block is integrally molded onto said connection box or onto an insert device. The wiring terminal comprises a set of apertures for the insertion of the wires to be connected and wire securing means, such as a set screw or quick connects. The box may be made of any moldable material, such as plastic or the like. The wiring terminal may be made of conducting or non-conducting material.
