The piston pump is inserted into a cylinder bore, the piston pump has a piston, a bush, and a closure element that tightly closes the cylinder bore. 摘要： The invention is directed to a piston pump for a hydraulic vehicle brake system. For simple and inexpensive manufacturability, the piston pump embodies an outlet conduit as a groove in a sleeve bottom and a sealing part. As a result, the sleeve and the sealing part can be manufactured in a non-cutting manner by means of forming. Another advantage of letting the outflow conduit into the sleeve bottom is that the outlet conduit is disposed a small distance in the axial direction from a valve seat of an outlet valve, which counteracts noise production.

摘要： A pump unit for a hydraulic vehicle brake system with traction control has an electric motor driving a radial piston pump. A rotor shaft of the pump unit has a hollow shaft with two standardized, hardened cylindrical pins that are press-fitted into the ends of the hollow shaft. The rotor shaft can be produced simply, economically, and without metal-cutting machining. The hollow shaft has high bending and torsional strength. The rotor shaft has a small diameter at the bearing points, which makes a small bearing diameter and thus a small installation space for the pump unit possible.

The lubricant jacket economizes by dispensing with expensive post-machining of the piston surface by grinding, for instance, and improves the sliding properties of the piston.
