    • A watercraft trailer has a releasable connector for releasably connecting a watercraft to the trailer. The releasable connector has a lever pivotally connected to a connector support and a hook connected to the lever. Pivoting of the lever towards a front of the trailer moves the releasable connector to a locked position and pivots the hook towards the front of the trailer. A locking mechanism prevents the releasable connector from moving to an unlocked position by applying forces to any one of the lever and the hook that would otherwise pivot the lever and the hook towards a rear of the trailer. Unlocking the locking mechanism moves the releasable connector to the unlocked position and pivots the hook towards the rear of the trailer. A method of securing a watercraft to a watercraft trailer and a method of releasing a watercraft from a watercraft trailer are also disclosed.

    • A watercraft trailer has a watercraft receiving portion and a lower frame adapted to support a watercraft in the watercraft receiving portion. The lower frame has at least one a longitudinally extending member, a front portion, and a rear portion, a rearmost part of the rear portion being a rear end. The trailer also has a hitch coupler connected to the front portion of the lower frame, a first wheel, having a rotation axis, and a second wheel operatively connected to the lower frame. The trailer has a longitudinally extending intake protector connected to the rear portion of the lower frame. At least a portion of the intake protector is disposed between the rotation axis and the rear end of the lower frame, such that when the watercraft is received in the watercraft receiving portion, the intake protector is disposed below at least a portion of the watercraft.

    • A boat coverable by a flexible cover has a hull, a deck, and a tower movably connected to the deck. The tower has a central structure. The tower is movable between a first position and a second position. The deck is coverable by the flexible cover when the tower is in the second position such that the flexible cover is associated with at least a portion of the central structure. The portion of the central structure is movable to a third position vertically intermediate positions of the central structure in the first and second positions of the tower to tension the cover. A boat having a flexible cover connected to the central structure of the tower and a method of a method of installing a flexible cover on a boat are also disclosed.

    • A multi-floor building construction system and method for progressively constructing floors on the building, as the occupational need to do so arises and while some floors can be occupied, is described. A permanent roof structure is displaceably supported over at least an occupational first floor space constructed on the foundation. Extensible load support elements are secured in the roof structure and adapted to rest upon the load-bearing means to support a total load of the permanent roof structure. The extensible load support means are operated in synchronization. Extensible occupants elevators service the occupational floor space. A wall enclosure is secured inside and about the permanent roof structure. Hoisting devices are secured inside the permanent roof structure and adapted to lift construction sub-assemblies fabricated in a construction zone created by lifting the permanent roof structure over an uppermost floor of the building where a further occupational floor space is to be constructed under the permanent roof structure with the permanent roof structure held elevated from the uppermost floor by the extensible load support means. Construction materials are transported by a dedicated and enclosed vertical transportation system and there are therefore no exterior cranes. Electricity and ventilation are supplied in an extendable way whereby to permit occupation and construction simultaneously. The invention also relates to a method of progressively constructing a multi-floor building, floor-by-floor, as the occupational need to do so arises upon the pre-sale of at least portions of a further occupational floor space to obtain the financing to construct the further occupational floor space.

    • A multi-floor building construction system for progressively constructing floors on load-bearing means of a foundation as the occupational need to do so arises and while sub-floors can be occupied. A permanent roof structure is displaceably supported over an uppermost floor of at least an upper one of one or more occupational floor spaces. Extensible load support means is secured in the roof structure until the completion of the mufti-floor building. The extensible load support means rests upon the uppermost floor to support the total load of the permanent roof structure. The extensible load support means is extendible downwardly to push against the uppermost floor to raise the permanent roof structure. Adjustable hoisting means is secured inside the permanent roof structure for lifting floor sub-assemblies fabricated in the construction zone using the extensible load support means while simultaneously raising the permanent roof structure.
