    • The present invention relates to a one-component reaction system for producing hard polyurethane foams, comprising the following constituents: A) an organic polyisocyanate component which is partially or entirely in prepolymer form, B) an isocyanate-reactive component, the functional groups of which are exclusively those having at least one Zerewitinoff-reactive hydrogen atom and optionally having at least one halogen atom, C) at least one stabilizer, D) at least one catalyst suitable for catalysing the reaction of the polyisocyanate component A) with the isocyanate-reactive component B), and E) optionally auxiliaries and additives and blowing agents and co-blowing agents, the reaction system being characterized in that the content of monomeric polyisocyanate is at most 1% by weight, and in that the organic polyisocyanate component A) has an isocyanate content of less than 8% by weight relative to the polyisocyanate component A). The invention also relates to a method for producing a one-component reaction system, to a method for producing hard polyurethane foams from a one-component reaction system, to a hard foam obtainable from a one-component reaction system, to the use of a one-component reaction system as a one-component installation foam, and to a pressure container containing a reaction system and a blowing agent.

    • Provided are: expandable acrylic resin bead and expanded acrylic resin bead, both having excellent moldability and capable of providing a foamed molded article that generates less soot during combustion and has a low decomposition gas generation speed; and a foamed molded article obtained through in-mold molding the expanded acrylic resin beads. The expandable acrylic resin bead is composed of an acrylic resin and a physical blowing agent impregnated therein. The acrylic resin contains a methacrylic ester component (A) and an acrylic ester component (B). The content of the component (A) is 85 to 99 mol % with respect to a total 100 mol % of the component (A) and the component (B). At least one of the component (A) and the component (B) contains a component having a polycyclic saturated hydrocarbon group. The glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin is 112 to 125° C.
