摘要： A wire harness includes a bundle of electric wires and a protector protecting the bundle of electric wires by extending in a longitudinal direction of the bundle of electric wires and surrounding a portion thereof. The protector includes a base material and a binder material having a lower melting point than the base material, the protector being joined in a joint portion thereof by cooling and solidifying the melted binder material. In a case where a first side portion and a second side portion are each provided as a portion along the longitudinal direction in an outer peripheral surface of the protector and the second side portion is disposed opposite the first side portion with the bundle of electric wires therebetween, a portion of the binder material in each of the first side portion and the second side portion is melted, cooled, and solidified such that the second side portion is harder than the first side portion.

The under seal members can be positioned relative to each other by engaging the engagement projections and the engagement recesses. Because the under seal members can be moved relative to each other in the longitudinal direction, if there are dimensional errors in the overall length of the slider in the longitudinal direction, they can be offset by adjusting the overall length of the under seal. In this way, the elongation and contraction due to thermal expansion and external forces are accommodated. The under seal is secured to the end surfaces of the end caps, not the underside of the slider, so that even when the dimension H.sub.1 between the base on which the track rail is installed and the slider's underside is small, the under seal can be easily and firmly fixed.

摘要： The invention provides a rotational phase adjustment device mounted on a rotation shaft and having a hydraulic chamber rotatable with this rotation shaft, in which operating fluid or oil can be supplied to the hydraulic chamber from a housing covering the rotational phase adjustment device. Also, the invention provides a rotational phase adjustment device which can be assembled easily, and particularly prevents damages to an oil seal, sealing a hydraulic chamber, when assembling the oil seal. A housing is attached to an engine to cover the whole of a valve timing control device, and a ring plate is secured to the housing by a bolt threaded into the ring plate from the outside of the housing, so that an oil seal mounted on an outer periphery of the ring plate is held in liquidtight sliding contact with a camshaft sleeve to form two oil passages respectively inside and outside of the camshaft sleeve. The two oil passages are independent of each other, and connect a hydraulic control valve to a pair of hydraulic chambers provided respectively on opposite sides of a hydraulic piston in an axial direction. Helical splines are formed on at least one of inner and outer surfaces of the hydraulic piston, and are engaged with splines formed on the camshaft sleeve and a sprocket sleeve. Therefore, by moving the hydraulic piston in the axial direction, a valve timing is changed.

A photographing controller is provided which takes a plurality of pictures at different exposure values in an exposure width correcting values selected by the modifying device when the AEB mode is selected.

摘要： The present invention provides data analysis stations respectively for a probing tester and an automatic particle inspection machine. And in the data analysis station, the coordinates on which the disposition of the chips are described on a product basis are equal to those on which the locations of the defects are described. Further, the station provides a function of determining which of the chips each defect belongs to. These data analysis stations are connected through a communication line. The present invention is capable of analyzing the data on a chip basis, resulting in being able to grasp the relation between how the defects are caused on each chip and the product character of the chip.
