摘要： For adjusting a positional relationship between a specimen and a probe to measure an electric characteristic of the specimen through a contact therebetween, a base table holding a specimen table holding the specimen and a probe holder holding the probe is positioned at a first position to measure the positional relationship between the probe and the specimen at the first position, and subsequently positioned at a second position to measure the positional relationship therebetween at the second position so that the probe and the specimen are contact each other at the second position, the specimen table and the probe holder are movable with respect to each other on the base table at each of the first and second positions to adjust the positional relationship between the probe and the specimen, and a measuring accuracy at the second position is superior to a measuring accuracy at the first position.

摘要： The present invention provides data analysis stations respectively for a probing tester and an automatic particle inspection machine. And, in the data analysis station, the coordinates on which the disposition of the chips are described on a product basis are equal to those on which the locations of the defects are described. Further, the station provides a function of determining which of the chips each defect belongs to. These data analysis stations are connected through a communication line. The present invention is capable of analyzing the data on a chip basis, resulting in being able to grasp the relation between how the defects are caused on each chip and the product character of the chip.

摘要： An exposure control apparatus of a camera includes a first switch which can select a plurality of drive modes including an auto-exposure bracket mode (AEB mode), a second switch which issues signals when operated, a third switch which can modify an exposure correcting value and a memory which stores a plurality of predetermined exposure correcting values. A drive mode selector successively selects the drive modes in response to signals from the second switch when the second switch is actuated during the operation of the first switch. A modifying device successively selects an exposure correcting value to be used to correct the exposure value among those stored in the memory in response to signals issued from the second switch when the latter is actuated during the operation of the third switch. A photographing controller is provided which takes a plurality of pictures at different exposure values in an exposure width correcting values selected by the modifying device when the AEB mode is selected.

摘要： An exposure control apparatus of a camera having a memory on a photographing lens for storing lens information of the photographing lens. A lens information input device is provided on the camera body to which the photographing lens is mounted, for inputting the lens information stored in the memory. The memory has optimum diaphragm data which is determined in accordance with a predetermined specific condition of the photographing lens and which is stored in the memory as the lens information. The camera body includes an exposure operating device which arithmetically sets an exposure parameter based on the optimum diaphragm data which is input to the camera body through the lens information inputting device from the memory.
