    • A substrate having a structure for reducing power plane noise and ground plane noise and an electronic system including the same are provided to reduce noise by forming a signal line with a resistant metal having low conductivity. A substrate having a structure for reducing power plane noise and ground plane noise includes a power plane(120), a ground plane(110), and a signal line(130). The ground plane is separated from the power plane. The signal line is positioned between the power plane and the ground plane. A first plane of the power plane and the ground plane is formed with a first conductive layer having the first conductivity. A second plane of the power plane and the ground plane is formed with a second conductive layer having the first conductivity and a third conductive layer having the second conductivity lower than the first conductivity. The third conductive layer is positioned adjacent to the second conductive layer. A dielectric is positioned between the third conductive layer and the signal line.

    • A multilayer PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is provided to prevent deterioration of receiving sensitivity of a broadcast receiving antenna by reducing electromagnetic waves around the broadcast receiving antenna adjacent to a cross section thereof. A multilayer PCB(10) includes a power plane(12), a ground plane(13), a strip line(14), an antenna(11), and an electromagnetic wave reducing member. The power plane supplies power to components. The ground plane has reference voltage. The strip line passes between the power plane and the ground plane and receives signals between the components. The antenna is installed adjacently to cross sections of the power plane and the ground plane. The electromagnetic wave reducing member is arranged between the power plane and the ground plane around the antenna to reduce electromagnetic waves generated from the strip line. The electromagnetic wave reducing member is a capacitor(17) and a resistor(18).
