    • The present invention relates to a puff tool of which a body is joined with a puff member. In particular, an elastic member is joined and formed on a lower part of the body; a battery is inserted in the body; a heat dissipating body having a vibration motor embedded therein and a heat dissipating fan are inserted and formed between the body and the elastic member; and the puff member and a thermoelectric device are joined and formed on a lower side of the elastic member. Therefore, the puff member can selectively dissipate heat or be cooled; thus, a user of the puff tool can put on the best make-up using the puff member, which dissipates heat or is cooled, according to skin properties of the user, environment of use, or kinds of cosmetics. During a summer or winter season, the user can put on more satisfying make-up using the puff member, which dissipates heat or is cooled. The puff member, countlessly vibrating, enables the user to quickly, easily, and tightly put on make-up.

    • PURPOSE: A thermoelectric compressed air dryer using a thermoelectric module with a modified heat sink is provided to prevent the generation of noises and vibrations by omitting a mechanical operation such as a coolant compressor. CONSTITUTION: A thermoelectric module(1) is used for cooling and dehumidifying compressed air based on the pettier effect of the thermoelectric module. The heat sink(2) of a cold side is in the form of a shell and tube-based heat exchanger(3). The heat sink of a hot side is obtained by serially connecting a shell and tube-based heat exchanger and a fan-cooled heat exchanger(4). Compressed air from the heat sink of the cold side is transferred to the shell and tube-based heat exchanger of the hot side. The compressed air through the cold side is transferred to the hot side to emit heat.
