The laser patterning examining apparatus of the present invention includes a fixed plate; a rotary plate which is able to move up and down based on the fixed plate and is arranged to be able to rotate; a housing which is installed to be connected to the rotary plate; a laser emitting unit which emits laser by being installed in the upper part of the fixed plate; a prism unit which is installed in the housing and refracts a portion of laser and passes another portion of the laser incident from the laser emitting unit; and a beam profiler which is installed in the housing and analyzes a pattern of the laser refracted in the prism unit.

    • A layer signal detector having a temperature compensation circuit is provided to improve the reliability of a laser signal detection device by compensating for the characteristics of a laser signal detection device at a low temperature. A laser signal detection device includes a laser signal detection element(10), a plurality of heating devices(21,22,23,24,), a heating jacket(30) and temperature compensation devices(100,200). The laser signal detection element(10) detects a laser signal in order to convert the laser signal into an electric signal. Pins protruding from the laser signal detection element(10) are connected to a main board of a laser alarm device. The laser signal detection element(10) is heated by means of the heating devices(21,22,23,24) and the heating jacket(30) connected to the heating devices(21,22,23,24).
