CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for controlling oiling quantity of looper car rails comprises an inlet pipe(10) connected to an oil tank; a casing(20) which is connected to the inlet pipe, and in which a receiving space is formed; a shaft(30) mounted in the receiving space of the casing; a rotor(40) mounted on the shaft and equipped with a plurality of vanes(41); casing covers(50,50') mounted on both side surfaces of the casing to close the casing; a gear(60) mounted on one end of the shaft; a wheel gear mounted on a looper car wheel; a belt mounted between the gear and the wheel gear to transmit rotary power; and a discharge pipe(90) which is connected to a lower part of the casing, and on an end of which a nozzle for injecting oil onto the rails is mounted.

    • PURPOSE: An automatic grease supply apparatus of a spline part for a wire drum of a hot metal crane is provided to prevent wear of equipments, and to improve operability by automatically supplying lubricant between a spline of the hoist wire drum and a boss. CONSTITUTION: An automatic supply device of a spline part for a wire drum(1) is composed of a supply hole(12) formed between a spline shaft(10) and a boss(2); a rotary joint(22) fixed to a drum shaft(16) of the wire drum to rotatably connect the supply hole and a supply pipe(24); a pump(26) installed in the end of the supply pipe; a container(40) arranged below the spline shaft and the boss; doors(42b) opened and closed elastically and installed in the lower part of the container; an operating piece(48) connected to the door and turned around a fixing bracket(50); a support plate(62) connected to the lower part of the operating piece for repulsion; a driving sprocket(64) rotatably fixed on the supporting plate, and contacted to the outer periphery of the wire drum by a driving roller(72); and a driven sprocket(66) connected to the driving sprocket by a chain(68) and a pump shaft(70), and fixed in the lower part of the supporting plate. Wear is minimized by supplying lubricant automatically and continuously in driving the wire drum.
