CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatically opening and closing of ladle using brake comprises a brake part(600) comprising a running brake(3) for restricting or derestricting the rotation shaft of a driving motor driving a transfer car(1); a cylinder part(500) which is interlocked with the running brake(3) of the brake part(600) so that the cylinder part(500) is moved back and forth; a spring rod part(400) comprising a cam type guide operating part(440) which is elastically horizontally moved according to the operating conditions of the cylinder part(500); an ascending and descending rod part(300) which comprises an operating part(334) having an oppositely directed shape to the guide operating part(440) of the spring rod part(400) and is contacted with the guide operating part(440) in such a way that the ascending and descending rod part(300) is vertically movably arranged underneath the guide operating part(440); an ascending and descending arm part(200) which is connected to the ascending and descending rod part(300) and seesaw movement enably installed on one side of the upper surface of the transfer car(1); and a fixed rod part(100) comprising a ladle fixing rod(120) which is fixed to one end of the ascending and descending arm part(200) and inserted into or separated from a female groove(2-2) formed on a stationary part(2-1) of a molten steel ladle(2) as the ladle fixing rod(120) is vertically being moved in the same way as the ascending and descending rod part(300).

    • PURPOSE: An automatic grease supply apparatus of a spline part for a wire drum of a hot metal crane is provided to prevent wear of equipments, and to improve operability by automatically supplying lubricant between a spline of the hoist wire drum and a boss. CONSTITUTION: An automatic supply device of a spline part for a wire drum(1) is composed of a supply hole(12) formed between a spline shaft(10) and a boss(2); a rotary joint(22) fixed to a drum shaft(16) of the wire drum to rotatably connect the supply hole and a supply pipe(24); a pump(26) installed in the end of the supply pipe; a container(40) arranged below the spline shaft and the boss; doors(42b) opened and closed elastically and installed in the lower part of the container; an operating piece(48) connected to the door and turned around a fixing bracket(50); a support plate(62) connected to the lower part of the operating piece for repulsion; a driving sprocket(64) rotatably fixed on the supporting plate, and contacted to the outer periphery of the wire drum by a driving roller(72); and a driven sprocket(66) connected to the driving sprocket by a chain(68) and a pump shaft(70), and fixed in the lower part of the supporting plate. Wear is minimized by supplying lubricant automatically and continuously in driving the wire drum.
