摘要： PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling oiling quantity of looper car rails is provided to prevent waste of oil and contamination due to oil by controlling quantity of oil injected on rails according to the traveling state of looper car. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for controlling oiling quantity of looper car rails comprises an inlet pipe(10) connected to an oil tank; a casing(20) which is connected to the inlet pipe, and in which a receiving space is formed; a shaft(30) mounted in the receiving space of the casing; a rotor(40) mounted on the shaft and equipped with a plurality of vanes(41); casing covers(50,50') mounted on both side surfaces of the casing to close the casing; a gear(60) mounted on one end of the shaft; a wheel gear mounted on a looper car wheel; a belt mounted between the gear and the wheel gear to transmit rotary power; and a discharge pipe(90) which is connected to a lower part of the casing, and on an end of which a nozzle for injecting oil onto the rails is mounted.
