    • PURPOSE: A universal joint coupling unit is provided to improve the reliability and the marketability of products by easily recognizing the assembly errors of a shaft and a yoke when assembling the universal joint and the shaft. CONSTITUTION: A universal joint coupling unit(100) comprises a shaft(21), a yoke(11), a mounting protrusion(110), and a slip member(120). The shaft is installed in a steering column. A coupling groove(23) is formed in the front end of the shaft. A serration hole(13) in which the front end of the shaft is fitted is formed on the inner periphery of the yoke. The mounting protrusion is formed on the shaft. The slip member is detachably and rotatably coupled to the mounting protrusion, and slip-rotates when contacting with a bolt. The slip member is a ring shape to be fitted in the mounting protrusion.

    • PURPOSE: A connection structure of a vehicle propeller shaft is provided to improve the performance of a vehicle by transmitting changeable rotation force. CONSTITUTION: A connection structure of a vehicle propeller shaft(100) comprises a hollow connecting member(130), so that the end of an aluminum shaft(120) and the end of a universal joint yoke(110) are inserted thereinside. The connecting member, the end of the aluminum shaft, and universal joint yoke are screwed with each other. Both ends of the connecting member are welded with the aluminum shaft and the universal joint yoke. An adhesive member is installed between the end of the screwed connecting member, the end of the aluminum shaft, and the end of the universal joint yoke. A mounting plate is formed on an inner through-hole of the connection member to limit the installation length of the end of the aluminum shaft and the end of the universal joint yoke.
