    • 본발명은디젤발전기예열히터이물질제거장치에관한것으로서, IN밸브(11)를통해디젤발전기엔진으로부터유입된냉각수를 OUT밸브(12)를통해재차디젤발전기엔진으로배출하는냉각수순환에의해기 설정된내부온도를유지시키되, 온도센서(13)가감지한온도가기 설정된온도이하인경우, 외측에구비된온도조절기(14)가내장된히터코일(15)을가열시켜기 설정된내부온도를유지하는예열히터(10); 및예열히터(10)의 IN밸브(11) 내측하부에탈부착되도록구성되어그 내부에구비된자석(21)을통해 IN밸브(11)를통해디젤발전기엔진으로부터유입된냉각수에포함된이물질을포집하는이물질제거장치(20);를포함한다. 상기와같은본 발명에따르면, 디젤발전기예열히터로유입된냉각수가디젤발전기엔진을거쳐다시예열히터로유입되는냉각수순환에의해발생하는이물질(슬러지)을, 영구자석또는 24VDC 전자석으로구성된이물질제거장치를예열히터의냉각수유입부에설치하여제거함으로써, 디젤발전기의예열히터구동시전기적유도현상으로인해실린더블록및 냉각방열판사이에이물질이끼어냉각효율이저하되고, 예열히터고장으로인한디젤발전기의시동실패를미연에방지하는효과가있다.

    • PURPOSE: A method and device for controlling an electronic water pump is provided to optimally maintain the cooling performance of an engine by operating the electronic water pump according to a state of the engine, a control condition, and a load condition. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling an electronic water pump comprises a thermostat(110), a radiator(120), a water temperature sensor(130), an electronic water pump(140), and a controller(150). The thermostat determines a circulation direction according to the temperature of coolants. The radiator radiates heat absorbed in the coolants by expanding a contact area between the coolants and atmosphere through a core. The water temperature sensor detects the temperature of the coolants. The electronic water pump is inserted between an engine(100) and the thermostat, and a driving speed of the electronic water pump is controlled. The controller determines and controls the driving speed of the water pump by applying RPM and the mount of fuel and a correction coefficient according to the temperature of the coolants.
