    • A pavement device of a concrete-paved road is provided to perform the work rapidly with low manpower and to have the excellent leveled surface by leveling concrete before the placed concrete is dried, and to prevent the formation of cracks in concrete by inserting a space joint made of hard rubber to the concrete surface using a joint insertion jig. A pavement device of a concrete-paved road comprises a pair of form members(10) installed suitably to the width of a road to cure the placed concrete, a leveling device(20) provided to two sides of the form member to be movable to level up the placed concrete, and a concrete surface separating member separating the concrete surface not to have cracks in concrete after curing the leveled concrete with the leveling device. The form members are installed to correspond to each other in the longitudinal direction along the width of a road and composed of first and second guide rails(11) having the C-shaped cross section to have a space for placing and curing concrete, the leveling device comprises a pair of frames(30) provided with a case(33), a feed screw member installed between the front lower parts of the frames to be rotary to move the placed concrete in two directions and to level up the concrete simultaneously, a rotary wheel member(60) installed to the lower parts of the frames at the backside of the feed screw member to be rotary and placed on the upper part of the guide rails to be movable, and a rotating member provided to the frame to rotate the rotary wheel member, and the concrete surface separating member comprises a joint insertion jig composed of a horizontal plate placed on the upper part of the leveled concrete and a horizontal hole formed in the center of the horizontal plate in the longitudinal direction, and a space joint inserted through the horizontal hole of the joint insertion jig to separate the concrete surface.

    • 본 고안은 기존의 콘트리트나 아스팔트 등으로 포장된 도로 혹은 보도의 바닥면 위에 폐타이어칩이나 우레탄칩, EPDM칩, 혹은 고무칩을 주원료로 하고 우레탄 바인드를 배합하여 사용하는 포장 공사용 바닥재를 포설한 후, 포설된 바닥재의 상면을 압착하면서 평탄작업을 수행함과 동시에 특정 시간 동안 상기 포설된 바닥재의 상면으로 스팀을 가하여 포설된 바닥재의 경화작업을 수행할 수 있도록 된 포장 공사용 스팀 튜브에 관한 것이다.
      본 고안에 따르면, 스팀을 사용하고 일정한 무게를 가지는 스팀 튜브에 의해 포설된 바닥재의 평탄작업과 압착 및 경화작업이 동시에 수행되므로 종래의 다림질용 열기구를 사용하여 포설된 바닥재의 칩과 배합된 우레탄 바인드를 가열하는 경우 우레탄 바인드가 포설된 바닥재의 상면에서 하부의 지면 쪽으로 녹아 내려가 포설된 바닥재의 상면에 위치하는 칩들간의 결합력이 약해져 시공 완료 후 포설된 바닥재의 상면에 위치하는 칩들이 쉽사리 부스러지는 문제점을 완벽하게 해소할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 시공 완료 직후 포설된 바닥재와 완전 경화되므로 즉시 통행이 가능한 장점이 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A slipform paver comprises a forming frame(10), a vibrator(30), an ultrasonic humidifier(60), and a discharge unit(40). The forming frame has a hopper where concrete discharged through an auger shaft is put into. The vibrator is electrically connected to a generator part of heavy equipment(100) to harden concrete put into the forming frame. The ultrasonic humidifier is formed inside the forming frame and jets water to the outer surface of a concrete structure to humidify the concrete structure. The discharge unit is formed on the rear end of the forming frame and discharges the hardened concrete to the outside.
