    • The present invention relates to an integral environmentally friendly solidified soil pavement composition and a pavement method using the same containing 60-80 wt% of soil, 5-20 wt% of a solidification agent, 5-20 wt% of clay minerals, and 5-15 wt% of a redispersive polymer. If a road is paved by using the solidified soil pavement composition, the road is paved in one packed form in an optimal mix proportion of components of the pavement composition so that additional control of the mix proportion is unnecessary in a site. The present invention is environmentally friendly by not damaging growth of surrounding plants and is harmless to humans as granitic soil and the clay mineral are used.

CONSTITUTION: A method for paving dry loess is as follows. A dry paving material is prepared by mixing granite soil with solidifier, rice straw, and water(S1,S2). The dry paving material is spread on the ground. A primary surfaced layer(11) is formed by flattening the dry paving material. A primary surface compaction layer(12) is formed by compacting the primary surfaced layer using a roller(4). A dug layer(13) is formed on the primary surface compaction layer. A secondary surfaced layer(14) is formed by flattening the dug layer. An additional paving material is spread on the secondary surfaced layer. A third surfaced layer(15) is formed by flattening the dry paving material. A secondary surface compaction layer(16) is formed by compacting the third surfaced layer using the roller. The primary and secondary compaction layers are covered by vinyl(20) and cured.

The binder composition comprises a power material of 100 parts by weight and a liquid material of 30-70 parts by weight. The powder material comprises soil of 10-30 weight%, magnesium oxide of 15-50 weight%, blast furnace slag of 15-40 weight%, phosphoric acid magnesium fertilizer of 5-10 weight%, trass of 10-40 weight%, and wollastonite 5-10 weight%. The liquid material comprises magnesium chloride of 10-60 weight%, phosphate of 1-8 weight%, and fresh water or seawater of 32-89 weight%.

An experiment is made in a laboratory to recognize physical properties of the soil. Intensity of compaction work and the amount of water are determined based on data obtained from the experiment on the physical properties of the soil. A calculated amount of soil stabilizer is added to the soil collected from the laboratory. The soil stabilizer is mixed and stirred until the mixture becomes the same color to the soil.
