    • The present invention comprises: 3-30 wt% of quick-hardening cement based binding agent; 25-65 wt% of fine aggregate; 20-60 wt% of coarse aggregate; 0.1-10 wt% of water; and 0.01-10 wt% of polymer based binding agent. The polymer based binding agent comprises: 10-70 wt% of styrene; 10-45 wt% of butyl acrylate; 5-35 wt% of ethyl acrylate; 0.1-20 wt% of itaconic acid; and 0.1-20 wt% of polymethylacrylate. The quick-hardening cement based binding agent comprises: 20-8 wt% of high early strength Portland cement; 10-60 wt% of magnesium sulfo-aluminate; 0.1-10 wt% of alumina cement; 0.01-10 wt% of gypsum; 0.01-20 wt% of blast furnace slag; 0.01-10 wt% of alumina powder; and 0.01-10 wt% of calcium silicate. According to the specification of the present invention, the concrete composition improves workability and durability, and reduces degradation of the concrete by improving flexural rigidity, tensile strength, early age strength, long-age strength, slat damage resistance, and freeze-melting resistance.

    • The present invention provides an overlaying construction method for concrete pavement including a bar arrangement step in which a reinforcing bar (110) is arranged on the upper part of an existing pavement (10); a joint reinforcing step in which a distribution bar (120) in the direction which is at right angles to a joint unit (11) of the existing pavement (10); and a concrete placing method in which an overlay pavement (100) is formed by placing concrete in order for the reinforcing bar (110) and the distribution bar (120) to be laid. The present invention can improve durability by preventing secondary damages after a repair work and prevent concrete wastes from being generated.

    • The present invention relates to a high early strength concrete composition using eco-friendly recycled silica sand as fine aggregate and a method for repairing concrete pavement using the same, and more particularly, to: a high early strength concrete composition using, as fine aggregate, recycled silica sand produced by treating with high temperature and drying recycled fine aggregate in a process of producing recycled aggregate from waste concrete, and removing foreign substances with the use of wind power and processing it into a size of silica sand, and using, as cement substitute material, waste concrete micropowder, which is a by-product of dry micropowder during the process. The high early strength concrete composition using eco-friendly recycled silica sand as fine aggregate of the present invention has a technological meaning of comprising 7-16 wt% of high early strength concrete bonding material, 28-45 wt% of fine aggregate, 25-50 wt% of coarse aggregate, 1-7 wt% of water and a 1-15 wt% of a synthetic polymer so as to be 100 wt%, wherein the fine aggregate additionally comprises 20-100 wt% of recycled silica sand among the 100 wt%. The sliding device horizontally slides the water jet device and the suction device. The collecting box collects the sucked crushed materials. The chipping engine powers the water jet device, the high-pressure pump, and the suction device. The controller controls the operation of the chipping engine, the water jet device, the high-pressure pump, and the suction device.
