    • An aggregate to prevent slipping on roads and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain the aggregate which has low abrasion rate and which is not discolored with abrasion and in which a transparent coating layer does not easily peel off in paving the roads. A manufacturing method of an aggregate to prevent slipping on roads comprises: a step for mixing resin 50 ~70wt%, which is mixed with two or more of acryl resin, polyester resin and monomer resin, filler 30 ~50wt%, pigment 0.1 ~ 1wt%, and hardener 0.1 ~ 1wt%; a step for producing a resin filler board by firstly drying the mixture in a drying chamber for 8 hours ~12 hours; a step for forming a resin filler chip by pulverizing the resin filler board with a high speed crusher; a step for classifying the pulverized resin filler by putting on a screen selector; a step for removing dust in the particle with an air compressor and performing epoxy transparent coating for surface adhesive strength improvement; a step for secondly drying the resin filler chip at 80°C or more for 8 ~ 12 hours in the drying chamber; and a step for wrapping the dried particle.

A pavement method of a high durability permeable concrete pavement material comprises the steps of: preparing recycled aggregate or crushed aggregate for a base layer; preparing permeable concrete for a base layer by mixing 5~30 weight percent binder to 70~95 weight percent recycled aggregate or crushed aggregate for a base layer; forming a base layer by paving and tamping the permeable concrete for a base layer; preparing recycled aggregate or crushed aggregate for a surface layer; preparing permeable concrete for a surface layer by mixing 5~30 weight percent binder and 2~5 weight percent paints to 65~93 weight percent recycled aggregate or crushed aggregate for a surface layer; and forming a surface layer by paving and tamping the permeable concrete for a surface layer, and coupling the permeable concrete for a surface layer to surface gaps of the base layer, wherein the binder used for the permeable concrete for the base layer and the permeable concrete for the surface layer is composed of 40~68 weight percent portland cement, 5~25 weight percent auxiliary binder, 0.03~0.3 weight percent pozzolan polymer stearate, 25~35 weight percent water and 0.00025~0.0105 weight percent high absorptive resin.

      또한 본 발명의 시멘트 혼화제를 사용할 경우에는 콘크리트 슬럼프 값이 우수하고 슬럼프 유지력도 높으며 공기량도 기존의 폴리카르본산계 유동화제에 비해 낮고, 기존의 시멘트 혼화제보다 우수한 작업 안정성을 부여 할 수 있다.
