    • 본발명은전기유압식브레이크시스템을위한유압식안전시스템 (2) 에관한것이며, 상기브레이크시스템은압력챔버 (42) 를갖는유압압력공급디바이스 (6), 및브레이크액을위한저장소 (10) 를포함하고, 상기압력챔버는적어도하나의분리밸브 (14) 에의해적어도하나의브레이크회로에연결될수 있고, 압력을축적하기위해피스톤 (36) 이상기압력챔버내로이동되고, 상기압력챔버 (42) 는제 1 서브챔버 (46) 및제 2 서브챔버 (52) 를구비하는 2-스테이지압력챔버로서설계되고, 압력축적중에, 피스톤 (36) 은제 1 서브챔버 (46) 내로먼저이동된후 제 2 서브챔버 (52) 내로이동되고, 2 개의챔버 (46, 52) 는피스톤 (36) 이제 2 서브챔버 (52) 내로특정거리만큼이동되는때에서로로부터유압식으로폐쇄되고, 제 1 체크밸브 (84) 가제 1 체크밸브의흡입측에의해제 1 서브챔버 (46) 에유압식으로연결되고, 제 1 체크밸브의블로킹측에의해저장소 (10) 에유압식으로연결되고, 제 2 체크밸브 (120) 가제 2 체크밸브의흡입측에의해제 2 서브챔버 (52) 에연결되고, 제 2 체크밸브의블로킹측이제 1 체크밸브 (84) 의흡입측에연결된다. 또한, 본발명은브레이크시스템및 브레이크의작동방법에관한것이다.

    • PURPOSE: A multifunction brake fluid pressure generator is able to brake effectively by only one master cylinder by using the pedal simulator receiving the oil force from one master cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A multifunction brake fluid pressure generator comprises a electric booster(1), a master cylinder(6), and a pedal simulator(20). The electric booster is controlled by ECU(electronic control unit) and generates the power. The master cylinder generates the fluid pressure through the operation of electric booster. The pedal simulator transfers the reaction force towards pedal through restricting the pushed distance by input of the pedal(31). The pedal simulator generates the fluid pressure in case of the electric booster failed. The pedal simulator implements the fail-safe through the operation of booster according to the stroke of pedal.
