CONSTITUTION: A cleaning medium supplying source(10) supplies the cleaning medium of a liquid or gas type. The first cooling unit cools the first coolant. The second cooling unit has the second coolant cooled by the first coolant, and cools the second coolant again to cool the cleaning medium exhausted form the cleaning medium supplying source. The low-temperature cooling unit(30) includes the first and second cooling units. A mass flow controller(40) of the cleaning medium controls the quantity of the cleaning medium exhausted form the low-temperature cooling unit. A carrier supplying source(20) supplies a carrier capable of being mixed with the cleaning medium and transferring the cleaning medium at a high speed. A mass flow controller(50) of the carrier controls the quantity of the carrier exhausted from the carrier supplying source. A venturi nozzle(N) adiabatically expands the cleaning medium at a low pressure, and solidifies the cleaning medium. The venturi nozzle mixes the solidified cleaning medium with the carrier, and generate aerosol of high speed and high pressure.
