摘要： A microarray is provided to couple the increased number of probes per unit area by coupling them on the surface of microparticles with sphere or ellipse shape, and increase the photo intensity detected for identical hybridization intensity due to photonic crystal of microparticles, so that light detection sensitivity of the microarray is improved. A microarray(100) comprises: a substrate(110); a plurality of microparticles(120) located on the substrate, each microparticle being arrayed apart from each other in a single layer and forming photonic crystals; and probes(130) coupled to the microparticles, wherein the microparticle forms photo crystal structure, has inter-particle distance of 150-20,000nm, and diameter of 50-10,000nm or long diameter of 50-10,000nm and contains at least one selected from methyl methacrylate, styrene, dimethyl siloxane, vinyl alcohol, hydroxyl methacrylate, silicon oxide and titanium oxide. Further, the substrate comprises a plurality of probe cell areas and a probe cell separation area for separating the probe cell areas.

摘要： An oligomer probe array is provided to improve reaction yield by immobilizing nanoparticles to an immobilization layer, and increase detection intensity after hybridizing with a target material by using photo crystal structure formed by nanoparticles. An oligomer probe array(100) comprises: a substrate(110); an immobilization layer(120) on the substrate, containing a plurality of probe cell regions(A) where the nanoparticles are coupled, which are divided by probe cell separation regions(B); nanoparticles(140) coupled to the immobilization layer and forming photo crystal structure for amplifying wavelength of light emitted from fluorescent materials attached to a target material to be hybridized; and an oligomer probe(165) coupled to the nanoparticles, wherein the diameter of nanoparticles is 100-1,000 nm and the distance between nanoparticle centers is 100-1,000 nm; and the nanoparticle is polystyrene, polymethylmethacrylate, polymethylmethacrylate copolymer or silica, glass, magnet, Wang resin, Merrifield resin, metal, plastic, cellulose, sephadex or sepharose. 摘要： A programmable mask used in a photolithography process for fabricating a biomolecule array and a method for fabricating a biomolecule array using the same are disclosed. Particularly, a TFT-LCD type programmable mask for selectively transmitting incident light in accordance with an electrical signal applied thereto and a method for fabricating a biomolecule array using the same are provided. The ultraviolet light is selectively illuminated to a sample substrate so that the biomolecule array having high density can be fabricated.

摘要： PURPOSE: A programmable mask and a method for fabricating a biomolecule array using the same are provided. A high density biomolecule array is fabricated by selectively irradiating UV to sample substrate. CONSTITUTION: A programmable mask comprises a lower substrate(100a) comprising a polysilicone thin layer transistor, a lower pixel electrode(117) consisting of transparent electrode connected to drain electrode(112) of the thin layer transistor and an orientation film(116) in the upper part, and a polarizing plate(120a) in the lower part; an upper substrate(100b) comprising a UV shade, a protection and insulation film, an upper pixel electrode(119) consisting of transparent electrode and an orientation film(116) in the lower part, and a polarizing plate(120b) in the upper part; liquid crystal being inserted between the upper and lower substrates and selectively transmitting light according to electric signal; and an operating circuit on the lower substrate, wherein the operating circuit is formed with the polysilicone thin layer transistor simultaneously and positioned in the same plane as the pixel region.

摘要： PURPOSE: Provided are a lithographic projection apparatus and a small device with dimension of micrometers or less such as "bio-chips" and having higher through-put using the lithographic projection apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The lithographic projection apparatus comprises a radiation system for introducing radiation projection beam; a patterning means for the projection beam depending on desired patterns; a mask table for fixing a substrate(W); a projection system for projecting the patterned beam on a targeting part of the substrate; and a fluid treatment cell mounted on the substrate and communicating surface thereof. The fluid treatment cell(FC) is for contacting the fluid and the targeting part to derive inter-reaction between them. The cell further includes a plurality of individual chambers mounted on the mask table and communicating respective areas of the substrate.
