    • An automatic roasting machine using earthenware is provided to shorten time needed for heating leafy vegetables, cereals, mushrooms, bulbous plants or laver due to far-infrared radiation in the condition of steam supplied, thereby improving quality and taste of products. An automatic roasting machine using earthenware comprises: a steam supplying unit(100); a roasting unit(300); a flash freezing unit(500) for cooling products discharged by the roasting unit; and a hot-wind drying unit(700) for drying the product. The steam supplying unit is equipped with a steam generator, a transfer tube(130) and a supplying tube(150).
