    • An oil control valve of a vehicle engine is provided to space apart an operational unit from an exhaust manifold in order to prevent the operational unit from being damaged due to heat of exhaust gas. An oil control valve(OCV) includes an operational unit(100) and a connector(300). The operational unit changes a motion path of oil flowing to a continuous variable valve timing unit. The connector applies power to the operational unit. The intensity of the power is controlled by a controller. The operational unit is coupled to an upper end of a cam cap(500) by a mounter(510). The operational unit is spaced apart from a combustion chamber of a cylinder head(10), so that the operational unit is prevented from deteriorated due to the heat of the combustion chamber.

CONSTITUTION: A continuously variable valve timing apparatus for a vehicle comprises a stator for an ILP(Intermediate Lock Pin) and a rotor(20). One or more chambers(11) composed of an advancing chamber and a retarding chamber is formed inside the stator. The guide projection is formed in the stator for ILP. The rotor is accepted into the chamber to classify the advancing chamber and the retarding chamber.

    • A variable cam system is provided to improve fuel efficiency and lower manufacturing cost by realizing general valve lift mode and a CDA mode with a simple configuration. A variable cam system comprises a cam shaft(100) including a cam driving part, a cam(200) provided in a cam driving part, a joining part separating the cam shaft and the cam selectively, and a hydraulic pressure supply part supplying hydraulic pressure into the joining part. The joining part comprises a retainer(310) provided in the cam, a locking pin(330) separating the cam shaft and the cam shaft according to hydraulic pressure supply, and a locking pin elastic member(320) provided between the retainer and the locking pin. The cam driving part consists of a locking pin insertion part(430) into which the locking pin is inserted; a catching part(420) with which the locking pin is combined; and an inclined part conforming to the catching part.
