    • PURPOSE: A hydro geometry bush is provided to improve a ride quality and a steering function of a vehicle by preventing excessive displacement of a fluid chamber and by maintaining a fluid quantity of the fluid chamber. CONSTITUTION: A hydro geometry bush(100) comprises a housing(110), an inner pipe(120), a vibration proof unit(130), and a stopper(140). The housing is formed in a cylindrical shape and as a hollow, and the inner pipe is included in the center of the housing. The vibration proof unit is included between the housing and the inner pipe and comprises a fluid chamber(135) on a peripheral surface. The stopper is included in the fluid chamber and prevents excessive displacement of the fluid chamber.

    • A side-slip prevention type stabilizer bar is provided to the performance of preventing transverse slip of the stabilizer bar by forming frictional force and engaging structure due to surface contact even without using a clamp between the mounting bush and the stabilizer bar. A stabilizer bar(1), which minimizes tilt of the car body by operating left and right wheels to move identically in rotation, includes protrusions(2a,3a) forming top and bottom cross sections(2,3). A mounting bush(4) surrounding a portion of the stabilizer bar is combined in the car body and wrapped with a bracket(6) which supports and fixes. A mass(5) of the mounting bush has the same shape as the top and bottom cross sections of the stabilizer bar in order to adhere closely and wrap the top and bottom cross sections.

    • A stiffness reinforcement structure of a torsion beam is provided to expand expansion elements inserted into both ends of the torsion beam by gas injection, thereby reinforcing the stiffness of the both ends of the torsion beam without any change in the roll characteristics of the both ends. A stiffness reinforcement structure of a torsion beam includes right and left trailing arms mounted with rear wheels respectively, a torsion beam(10) coupled with the right and left trailing arms at both ends and formed with a hollow part penetrating the inside thereof in the longitudinal direction, and expansion elements(20) inserted into the both ends of the hollow part for reinforcing the stiffness of the both ends of the torsion beam. The expansion element is formed with a gas inlet(25) at a side. The torsion beam is formed with insertion holes at both ends to be inserted by the gas inlet, wherein the insertion hole is protruded outside the torsion beam.
