CONSTITUTION: A gas fuel reformer(200) comprises the following: a reaction furnace(210) for producing synthetic gas by performing the partial oxidation; a pure oxygen burner(220) installed on one side of the reaction furnace for supplying heat to the reaction furnace; an oxygen supply duct(230) supplying oxygen to the pure oxygen burner; more than one fuel supply pipe(240) supplying gas fuel to the reaction furnace or the pure oxygen burner; a chiller(250) condensing steam inside the synthetic gas; a gas analysis device(260) for measuring the concentration of the synthetic gas; and a controller(270) for controlling the flow rate of the gas fuel or the oxygen.

    • PURPOSE: An automatic temperature control system in a combustion furnace is provided to improve a reduction reaction of pollutants by providing the exact amount of chemical with the specific section of the furnace. CONSTITUTION: A control system comprises a furnace, a gas burner, a chemical supply pipe(130), a temperature measuring sensor(140), and a controller(150). The furnace comprises a primary combustion section. The gas burner is connected to the fuel storage unit(123), is arranged in one side of furnace and forms a reduction section by providing the furnace with the heat. The chemical supply pipe provides a reduction section with chemical. The temperature measuring sensor measures the temperature of the reduction section. The controller controls a flow rate of the fuel which is provided to the gas burner. The controller controls the flow rate of the fuel based on the temperature value measured with the temperature measurement sensor in order that the reduction section is maintained by the pre-set temperature range.
