    • PURPOSE: A hydraulic bush and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer a hydraulic bush at a low cost by facilitating the attachment of a stopper. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic bush comprises a core (1), an intermediate pipe (2), a rubber part (3), an outer surface (5), a fluid path, and a stopper (4). A core is the inside of the hydraulic bush. The intermediate pipe comprises a through-hole in the opposed part of the stopper. The rubber part is interposed between the core and the intermediate pipe. The rubber part is integrated with the core and the intermediate pipe through a curing process. The outer surface is in touch with the outer surface of the intermediate pipe. The fluid path is partitioned by the intermediate pipe, the rubber part, and the outer surface. The fluid path allows a fluid to flow using vibration delivered from a vibration inducing component. The stopper is integrated with one rubber part in the opposite side of the other rubber part formed with the fluid path through the curing process. The stopper is pressure-contacted with the inner circumference which faces the outer surface through the through-hole.

    • PURPOSE: A hydro bush is provided to prevent a crack in rubber by repetitively transferring a load on the rubber. CONSTITUTION: A hydro bush(100) comprises an external pipe(11), an internal pipe(12), and a damping body(14) comprised between the external pipe and the internal pipe. The damping body comprises a metallic inner sleeve(14a) with an internal diameter which is smaller than an external diameter of the internal pipe; a rubber body portion(14b) which circumscribes an internal sleeve; and a metallic intermediate pipe(14a) which circumscribes the body portion. The internal sleeve, the body portion, the intermediate pipe are integrally connected to each other by a vulcanization process. When a tool which has same diameter as the external diameter of the internal pipe internal sleeve and has bigger diameter than the internal sleeve is compulsorily inserted into the internal sleeve, the internal sleeve removes residual stress processed with vulcanization of the rubber body portion. The internal pipe is inserted into the enlarged internal sleeve.
