    • 본 발명은 콘크리트에 혼입되면 물 및 이산화탄소와 반응하여 자기치유 수화물을 생성하는 콘크리트 혼화재로서 건조수축 저항성과 조강성을 개선시킨 자기치유 특성의 개량 콘크리트 혼화재와, 이를 바람직하게 이용한 자기치유 터널 라이닝 콘크리트에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명에 따른 자기치유 특성의 개량 콘크리트 혼화재는, 에트링자이트 생성계 팽창성 무기광물, 수용성 무기질계 겔화재, 알칼리 설페이트, 알루민산나트륨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 여기서 에트링자이트 생성계 팽창성 무기광물 15~85중량%, 수용성 무기질계 겔화재 5~25중량%, 알칼리 설페이트 5~45중량%, 알루민산나트륨 5~25중량%를 포함하여 조성하는 것이 바람직하다.
      본 발명에 따른 자기치유 터널 라이닝용 콘크리트는, 시멘트, 플라이애시, 자기치유 특성의 개량 콘크리트 혼화재를 포함하여 조성된 결합재로 배합하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 여기서 결합재는 시멘트 70~91중량%, 플라이애시 5~25중량%, 자기치유 특성의 개량 콘크리트 혼화재 4~8중량%를 포함하여 조성하는 것이 바람직하며, 나아가 폴리카르본산계 혼화제를 전체 결합재의 0.5~2중량% 더 포함시켜 배합하는 것이 바람직하다.
