    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a conductive concrete earth bar is provided to be able to perform self-healing of a concrete crack and to obtain a physical and electric-resistance quality of the conductive concrete earth bar by including a self-healing carbonation compound. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a conductive concrete earth bar is as follows. A conductive concrete is mixed by adding a self-healing carbonation compound, and the earth bar is coated with the conductive concrete. The self-healing carbonation compound comprises the water-soluble inorganic gelling agent, alkali sulfate, sodium aluminates, water-soluble silica, hydrophilic net structured compound, and fluoride retarder. The water-soluble inorganic gelling agent is at least one among aluminum sulfate and aluminum potassium sulfate. The alkali sulfate comprises 35-70 weight% of one or more among calcium sulfate, calcium sulfate dehydrate, and hemihydrates, and 30-65 weight% of sodium sulfate and potassium sulfate. The sodium aluminate comprises 35 weigh% or more of sodium oxide content and 0.4-0.7g/cm^3 apparent density. The water-soluble silica is one or more among silica fume and the reactive silica powder. The hydrophilic net structured compound is one or more among poly vinyl alcohol, poly vinyl butyral, poly vinyl formal, and poly vinyl acetal. The fluoride retarder comprises 2-3 specific gravity, 92-93% solubility(20 degree Celsius water), and 4-6.5 pH. CONSTITUTION: A concrete mineral admixture having self-healing property comprises 5-25 weight% of water-soluble inorganic system gelling agents, 5-45 weight% of alkali sulfate, 5-25 weight% of sodium aluminate and 25-85 weight% of water-soluble silica. The water-soluble inorganic system gelling agents is at least one among Al2(SO4)3 and AlK(SO4)2. The alkali sulfate comprises 35-70 weight% of at least one among CaSO4, CaSO42H2O and CaSO41/2H2O and 30-65 weight% of at least one among Na2SO4 and K2SO4. The Na2O content of the sodium aluminate is more than 35 weight%, and the apparent density of the sodium aluminate is 0.4-0.7 g/cm^3. The water-soluble silica is at least one among silica fume and reactive silica powder. A cement mixture comprises 1-10 weight% of the concrete admixture having self-healing property and 90-99 weight% of cement. Self-healing smart concrete uses the cement mixture as binding material.
