The fire resistant board is formed at the thickness more than 15mm, and has the fire-resistance efficiency in which backside temperature is controlled at 200-450°C for three hours. The inorganic insulation layer is formed as the board type inorganic heat insulating material having glass surface or rock surface in order to have the thermal conductivity less than 00.1kcal /mh°C.

    • PURPOSE: A high durable concrete containing high volume blast furnace slag is provided to secure fluidity and high durability by adding an alkali activator of a specific composition to a binder while increasing the usage of blast furnace slag to 90% of the binder. CONSTITUTION: A high durable high-volume blast furnace slag uses 50-90 weight% of blast furnace powder slag, 9.9-47 weight% of normal portland cement, and 0.1-3 weight% of an alkali activator. The unit binder weight during mixing concrete is 250-800kg/m^3, and the unit water is140-400kg/m^3. The alkali activator comprises: calcium peri aluminate(4CaO·3(Al2O3, Fe2O3)·SO3) powder; sodium calcium sulfate(Na2Ca(SO4)2) powder; and pulverized calcium sulfate-silica sol powder. The pulverized calcium sulfate-silica sol powder is manufactured by adding silica sol to CaSO4 and pulverizing the mixture.     • Provided is an eco-friendly urethane adhesive composition for producing sandwich panels, which contains no organic solvent so as to minimize emission of volatile organic compounds, and shows a high curing rate by adding imidazole based compound as curing accelerator to prevent interlayer separation of a sandwich panel after adhesion. The eco-friendly urethane adhesive composition comprises: a polyester polyol end-capped with a hydroxyl group as polycondensate of a polyol containing at least two OH groups and a polybasic acid containing at least two carboxylic acid groups; a curing agent formed of a diol as a chain extender for the polyol and a catalyst; a mixture of a diisocyanate with a diol as a base for an urethane adhesive; and an imidazole-based curing accelerator. The polyester polyol as an average molecular weight of 3,000-8,000, the diol and the catalyst are used in a weight ratio of 1:0.1-1, the polyester polyol and the mixture of the diol with the catalyst are used in a weight ratio of 10:1-5, the diisocyanate and the diol are used in a weight ratio of 1:0.05-5. The base materials for an urethane adhesive and the curing agent are used in a weight ratio of 1:0.5-1, and the curing accelerant is used in an amount of 0.01-1 wt% based on the total weight of the composition.
