    • PURPOSE: An acid-resistant section restoring mortar composition using activated silica and a cross section repairing method using the same are provided to enhance acid resistance of hardened cement structure. CONSTITUTION: An acid-resistant section restoring mortar composition(40) using activated silica comprises 10-30 wt% of Portland cement, 1-5 wt% of expansion material, 5-20 wt% of silica fume, 5-20 wt% of blast furnace slag powder, 3-15 wt% of fly ash, 1-5 wt% revival stake polymer powder, 10-30 wt% of bottom ash, 20-40 wt% of sand, 0.01-0.5 wt% of fiber, 0.01-0.5 wt% of thickening agent, 0.01-0.5 wt% of water reducing agent and 0.01-0.5 wt% of antifoaming agent. The bottom ash is dried bottom ash without containing salinity. The bottom ash has the particle size of 4mm or less, the true specific gravity of 2.0-2.5, and the porosity of 45-55%. The silica fume includes fine particle having the particle size of 200,000cm^2/g and the silica content of 90% or greater. The blast furnace slag powder comprises the particle of 4,000-5,000cm^2/g. The expansion material is CSA (Calcium Sulfoaluminate) based k-type expansion material.

    • A method for manufacturing artificial marble containing glass materials is provided to reduce environmental disruption, reduce a production cost, and produce artificial marble having a more beautiful appearance than the conventional artificial marble. A method for manufacturing artificial marble containing glass materials includes the steps of: pressurizing materials for artificial marble at ambient temperature or high temperature; and hardening the pressurized materials. The materials for artificial marble consist of 5-15 parts by weight of unsaturated polyester resins, 10-30 parts by weight of fillers, 19-70 parts by weight of aggregate, 14.7-30 parts by weight of glass fillers, 0.1-2 parts by weight of a hardening catalyst, 0.1-2 parts by weight of an internal release agent, and 0.1-2 parts by weight of a pigment, wherein the glass fillers have a particle size of 10-200 micron and consist of any one or two or more selected from bottle glass, plate glass, LCD plate glass, mirror glass, and coated glass.

The average particle size of the light weight fine powder is less than 5 mm. The light weight fine powder is fine powder of one material selected from a group consisting of waste glass foamed boards, waste light weight foamed concrete, bottom ash, a light weight mixture, or a mixture thereof. A constitution method of an aluminum curtain wall comprises the following steps: attaching a metal lath and a perforated plate on the outside of the aluminum curtain wall; installing a joint metal portion (23) on the rear side of the aluminum curtain wall; coating the adhesive composition on the joint metal portion or the rear surface of the aluminum curtain wall; and attaching the fire resistance light weight board (11) or a light weight inorganic foamed board.
