A camera device comprises the following parts: a lens module(110) to which an image of a subject is applied; a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(120) which is arranged in a side of the lens module and in which an opening for installation is formed; and an image sensor(130) which is arranged in the opening for installation of the PCB and electrically connected with the PCB. The image sensor is mounted on the same plane as the PCB or on a plane lower than the same plane.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for manually aligning optical devices is provided to reduce time required for aligning an optical axis by fixing optical device and lenses on grooves that are precisely formed. CONSTITUTION: A sub-mount(202) is fixed on a base plate(201). A chip mount(205) for receiving an optical device(206) is provided on a fixing groove(221). The fixing groove(221) is provided on an upper surface of the base plate(201). A lens groove is formed on a front of the base plate(201). A lens(241) supported by a lens holder(204) is coupled to the lens groove. The lens holder(204) is welded on the base plate(201) to be fixed thereon being in the state of touching with a front of the sub-mount(202). The lens holder(204) supports the lens(241) to align an optical axis of the lens(241) and the optical device(206).

A VCM(Voice Coil Motor) driving unit comprises a level converting unit(301), the first current source(303), the first switching unit(307), the fourth switching unit(313), the second current source(305), the second switching unit(309), the third switching unit(315), a VCM(311) and a vibration detection unit(317). The first current source, the first switching unit and the fourth switching unit are serially connected. The second current source, the second switching unit and the third switching unit are serially connected. Both ends of the VCM are formed in a bridge circuit form connected between the first switching unit and the fourth switching unit and between the second switching unit and the fourth switching unit.

    • A touch screen using an image sensor is provided to reduce delay time and difficulty of manipulation by detecting the position of an input device based on image signals of image sensors. A touch screen(200) comprises a touch panel, a first and a second lens systems(220,240), and a first and a second sensors(230,250) and a control unit(260). The touch panel of a rectangular plate shape displays an image for inputting user information through a screen(212), and the plural touch regions are formed on the screen. The first lens system and the first image sensor are located at the upper side of the touch panel to detect a location of an X-axis about a user input device. The control unit receives a first image signal from the first image sensor, and determines the X-axis position of the input device from the information of the images. The second lens system and the second image sensor are located at the right side of the touch panel to detect the Y-axis position about the input device. The control unit receives a second image signal from the second image sensor, and determines the Y-axis position of the input device from the information of the images.
