    • PURPOSE: A resistive memory device and a method for preparing the same are provided control the thickness of a mixture film for an intermediate layer by controlling the speed of a spin coating, spray pressure, nozzle pressure, and dipping. CONSTITUTION: In a resistive memory device and a method for preparing the same, a first electrode(12) is formed on a substrate(11). The intermediate layer(14) comprises a hole(h1) sealing a first electrode. The intermediate layer includes a resistance variation region of which resistance is changed according to the change of an applied voltage. The intermediate layer includes the cured material of curable materials. A second electrode is formed on the intermediate layer.

    • PURPOSE: An information storage device comprising a magnetic track and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to fabricate a magnetic track having an accurately controlled shape without the feature deterioration caused by etching. CONSTITUTION: An information storage device includes a seed layer(110), a mold layer(150) and a magnetic track(200). The seed layer is formed on a substrate(100), and the mold layer is formed on the seed layer and has a hole(H1) which exposes some of the seed layer. The magnetic track is formed on the exposed seed layer and moves the magnetic wall. A protrusion pattern which passes through the hole is formed on a bottom portion of the hole, and a notch corresponding to the protrusion pattern is formed at the bottom plane of the magnetic track.

    • An optical transmission module and an HAMR(Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording) head adopting the same are provided to perform accurate polarization alignment among components and be integrated as a single unit. A base(110) has the first installation groove(111). A light source(133) is mounted on the base(110). An optical element having an optical waveguide(131) or a lens, installed on the base(110), guides the progress of a beam irradiated from the light source(133). A cover member(120), combined to the base(110), protects the light source(133) and the optical element. The cover member(120) has the second installation groove(121) formed in a position opposite to the first installation groove(111). A nano aperture(140), combined in the first and the second installation grooves(111,121), changes optical energy distribution transmitted through the optical element, and forms an enhanced near field.
