    • The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating far infrared rays and anions in a vehicle, wherein the apparatus according to the present invention includes: a base being installed and fixed to the vehicle; a storage tank having a housing space inside and being installed on the base; a far infrared ray/anion generation part being housed inside the housing space of the storage tank and generating the anions; a feeding line connecting the housing space of the storage tank with the air inlet of an internal combustion engine and feeding the anions generated in the far infrared ray/anion generation part to the air inlet of the internal combustion engine. Thus, the present invention provides the apparatus improving the generation efficiency of anions by activating the generation of anions using vibration energy and fluctuation energy which are generated in the running vehicle.     • PURPOSE: A method for saving fuel and reducing Co2 emission for transportation vehicles is provided to rapidly vaporize fuel by heating the fuel after atomizing. CONSTITUTION: A method for saving fuel and reducing Co2 emission in a transportation vehicle, which comprises a heat treatment apparatus(1) and a fuel tank(22), is as follows. The heat treatment apparatus comprises a pipe part(11), an injection unit(12), and an exhaust unit(13). A curved pipe unit is placed in the heat treatment apparatus. The injection unit and the exhaust unit are placed on both ends of the pipe part, respectively. The fuel tank is connected to the inlet of the heat treatment apparatus through the pipe part and linked to the engine(23) of the transportation vehicle. When the fuel is injected into the heat treatment apparatus, the fuel is rapidly vaporized.

The regulator is connected to the supply unit, and comprises a moving space, a temperature regulating unit(330), and a pressure regulating unit. The gas fuel moves along the moving space. The temperature of a thermo element is changed according to the flow of current. The temperature regulating unit controls the temperature by heat exchanging with the gas fuel. The pressure regulating unit controls the pressure of the gas fuel brought in the moving space.

    • PURPOSE: A check valve in which the through hole is formed on the electrode plate of the heater unit and permitting in inside only flow to outside is arranged. It can prevent from the LPG gas entering into inside the heater unit. CONSTITUTION: An LPG heating device(1A) comprises a heater unit(10), a check valve(15), and a through hole. It fits a PTC cell(11) between the electrode plate of two each and it seals hermetically the outer peripheral side with a sealing member(17) and the heater unit is included. The through hole communicating the heater unit inside and outside among the heater unit in the electrode plate more than one side is formed. In the inner side by the through hole, the check valve permitting only flow to outside is arranged. While the cracking of the heater unit inward of the liquid LPG interrupting, the LPG gas enters into inside the heater unit and the inner pressure is enhanced than the overburden pressure over the fixed level. The check valve is opened and the interior and exterior pressure difference is reduced. The check valve is an umbrella valve consisting of the elastic material.
