    • PURPOSE: A car reducer is provided to arrange outlets and discharging holes to be mutually opposed in order to smoothly discharge a second pressurizing gas, thereby increasing gas discharge efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A car reducer comprises a housing(10), an opening/closing means(20), a cap(40), a valve body, an actuating body, a partitioning member(350), a second depressurizing means, a partition body, and a flow path. The actuating body equipped with the accommodating part of the cap controls the valve body to be opened and closed. An inner chamber and the accommodating part are partitioned by the partitioning member connected to the actuating body. The second depressurizing means secondly depressurizes a first depressurized gas by a first depressurizing means and discharges the gas to outlets(12). The partition body surrounds the upper side of the inner chamber and is equipped with discharging holes. The flow path between the inner side of the housing and the inner side of the partition body guides the gas discharged through the discharging holes to the outlets. The outlets and the discharging holes are arranged to be mutually opposed.

      즉, 본 발명은 터미널(44)에 인서트된 코일 어셈블리(4)에 가이드(5)를 결합하고, 가이드(5)의 상하측에 각각 고정되는 코어(8)와 자기력에 의해 상승하고 압축스프링(16)의 탄성력에 의해 하강하는 플런저(6)를 설치한 솔레노이드밸브(2)의 하측으로 노즐(12)이 구비되는 하우징레일(3)을 결합하여 상기 플런저(6)의 승강 작동으로 노즐(12)을 개폐토록 한 압축천연가스 연료공급장치(1)에 있어서; 상기 가이드(5)의 하단에는 오링(10)을 사이에 두고 홀더(11)를 나사결합하고; 상기 하우징레일(3)과 노즐(12)을 분리 구성하되; 상기 하우징레일(3)은 홀드(11)의 상부에서 덮여지는 솔레노이드밸브(2) 고정용인 어퍼하우징(31)과, 홀드(11)의 상하측과 오링(14)으로 수밀되도록 어퍼하우징(31)에 고정수단(33)으로 조립되는 로우하우징(32)으로 상하 분리되며; 상기 어퍼하우징(32) 내벽과 홀더(11) 사이에는 연료공급로(13)가 형성되어 홀드(11)의 내측에 형성된 연료공급공(11a) 및 공급구멍(11b)으로 연결되며; 상기 홀드(11)에는 탈착 가능한 구조로 오링(15)에 의해 수밀되도록 노즐(12)을 나사 결합하였다.
      또한 상기 하우징레일(3)을 구성하는 어퍼하우징(31)과 로우하우징(32)은 유리섬유 보강플라스틱 재질의 사출품으로 구성하며, 상기 가이드(5)의 상측에 고정되는 코어(8)는 가이드(5)와 나사 결합하도록 구성하여 플런저(6)의 행정거리를 조절되게 하여 노즐(12) 교체만으로도 다종의 차량에 범용으로 적용할 수 있게 하였다.

The fuel return pipe connects the injector and the fuel tank so that the fuel which has not been injected by the injector can return to the fuel tank. The heat radiating tray helps radiation of heat of the fuel return pipe.
