    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode device is provided to reduce a driving voltage and improve power efficiency by coupling between the plasmon on the surface of a metal nano-cluster and an organic light emitting fluorescent dipole. CONSTITUTION: A transparent lower electrode layer(11) is arranged on a substrate(10). Organic EL device layers(12, 13) are arranged on the surface of the transparent lower electrode layer. A reflective upper electrode layer(15) is arranged on the organic EL device layers. A nano-cluster layer(14) is interposed between the organic EL device layers and the reflective upper electrode layer. The nano-cluster layer is composed of a metal which includes Ag, Au and Al and is opaque and reflective. The metal for the nano-cluster layer is different from the metal for the reflective upper electrode layer.
