    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle height adjustment block improved in performing desired vehicle adjustment without the distinct shifting of a wheel position in the front-rear direction even if a spacer for the vehicle height adjustment is interposed vertically between a leaf spring and an axle tube. In the first vehicle height adjustment block S1, an output shaft 7 of a transmission and one end of a propeller shaft 9 are interlocked with each other through a universal joint 8, and the other end of the propeller shaft 9 and an input shaft 5 of a differential device are interlocked with each other through a universal joint 10. A recessed or projecting part 18a for positioning at the leaf spring side and a recessed or projecting part 17a for positioning at the axle tube side are located at positions different from each other in the front-rear direction.       SOLUTION: A curved surface section 123 having a curved surface-shaped cross-section is formed in a recess 121 in a pad 110. The curved surface section 123 has a contact section 123A which is, in an initial state of a leaf spring, in contact with a tension surface of the leaf spring which is located opposed to the contact section 123A. The thickness of the curved surface section 123 decreases from the contact section 123A toward ends of the curved surface section 123, and this separates the ends from the tension surface of the leaf spring. In the pad 110, the curved surface section 123 in the recess 121 is configured to a height which avoids contact between the tension surface and corners of the ends of the curved surface section 123 when an end of the leaf spring is at a maximum stroke position. The tension surface of the leaf spring does not wear through contact thereof with the ends of the curved surface section 123.
