The horizontal frame-shaped part 2 is formed to the approximate isosceles triangular shape for placing the pincer for medical treatment in a horizontal and slightly opened state. The detaining piece 3 is formed successively and approximately upward from the front end of the horizontal frame-shaped part 2. The left and left detaining pieces 4, 5 are formed of perpendicular piece parts 8, 9 respectively successively disposed approximately upward from the right and left rear ends of the horizontal frame-shaped part 2 and hook-shaped piece parts 10, 11 bent approximately downward.

    • PURPOSE:To measure accurately and automatically an inclination angle of a surface of an article to be measured, by throwing a beam of light onto the surface of the article, developing an image appearing on the surface and data- processing the image information. CONSTITUTION:A circular scan-laser-beam-flasher 1 radiates a laser-beam in a circular shape of a constant radius. An image of a surface to be measured appearing by this irradiation from the flasher 1 is developed by an image pickup apparatus 5. Next, a bit of image information from the apparatus 5 is delivered to a CPU9 through a main amplifier 7. The CPU9 is provided with an arithmetic operation function operating automatically the inclination angle onto the surface to be measured from the image information, issues the operated inclination angle and makes display of the angle, if required. Thus, measurement of the inclination angle of the surface to be measurement of the article becomes accurate and automatic.

A sensitivity switching part 51 to set one of the light receivers 39A and 39B to high sensitivity and to set the other to low sensitivity in first detecting operation by this detecting head 29, a sensitivity judging part 49 to judge that both the first light receiver 39A and the second light receiver 39B must be set to high sensitivity or low sensitivity from a waveform detected by the first detecting operation in second detecting operation and an operation part 55 to calculate a bending angle of the measuring object from a swinging angle of the detecting head 29 corresponding to a peak position of a waveform of a light receiving quantity detected in the second detecting operation, are provided.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the determination of an angle of inclination of a surface to be measured, by applying a light onto the surface to be measured, and by measuring the position of the beam spot of the light. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam LB is emitted from a laser projector 1 toward a work piece W at a prescribed angle alpha with respect to a measuring reference plane R. Meanwhile, an image pickup device 3 (CCD camera or the like) set in the direction perpendicular to the plane R picks up a laser beam spot P thrown on the work piece W, and a video signal thereof is subjected to A/D conversion by a main amplifier 5 and given as a digital signal to CPU 7. The relationship between a bent angle beta (an angle formed with the plane R) of the work piece W and the position of the spot P is decided uniquely. In CPU 7, therefore, the angle beta and the position of the spot P are stored beforehand in the form of a table with regard to an apparatus using this instrument, and the angle beta is extracted from an information on the position of the spot P obtained from the pickup device 3, by using said table, and the angle beta specified by CPU 7 in this way can be displayed by a display means.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to cut a workpiece into uniform cut pieces, by cutting the workpiece while blinding is removed from a plurality of endless blades for cutting a hard workpiece. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of endless blades run while they are guided at predetermined intervals by a pail of blade guide members 17 to cut a hard wickiups moved upward, into a plurality of thin plates, simultaneously. Each blade guide device 17 is provided therein with a blinding preventing device 143 for the plurality of endless blades. This blinding preventing device 143 is arranged such that the endless blades are inserted respectively into slits 217 in a support member 209 which is positionally adjusted by means of a bolt 227 and an elongated hole 145 relative to a flame 145, and thereafter, grindstones 207 are adjusted by means of a knob 203 so that they are spaced at predetermined inter vals to always polish the teethes of the traveling blades in order to prevent blinding. Thus, even though a hard workpiece is cut continuously for a long time, no blinding occurs among the teeth of the blades, and therefore, the workpiece may be cut into uniform cut pieces. Further, it is possible to enhance the life of endless blades.
